L’emplacement est parfait pour démarrer le Pic d’Adam. La chambre Deluxe est très confortable et agréable.

J’avais réservé une chambre Deluxe sur booking et on nous a mis dans une chambre classique. J’ai du expliquer que j’avais payer plus cher pour une chambre plus confortable et seulement au bout de 45 min le problème était réglé. Je vous conseille de bien vérifier et si vous avez un doute n’hésitez à vérifier avec eux.

Bien situé pour monter l’adam’s peak mais tres bruyant. Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit.

Le bruit

The owner and his team were very helpful, the room was spacious, the hotel is located in a quiet area and it has a large garden at the back.

We would have liked to be able to enjoy breakfast outside, they said that’s on their list of things to do next.

Fabulous - loved the place.

Die Lage ist super. Sauberes und großes Zimmer. Es gab einen Wasserkocher :)

Unser Zimmer war ganz unten im Keller und deshalb kalt.

Its close to Adams Peak

I booked the room for my Mother and Sister while my brother and Cousin would climb Adams Peak. Instead I was told that I could not book a room for 2 people because 5 people could potentially use the hot water. If I was going to stay and use any facilities, I would have to book a room for 5, which was fine, the price wasn't much more than a twin room, however: There was no hot water. Not only that, I initially booked the room as it was advertised as having a view of the mountain. The room I was moved to had a view of a bush. I also booked through this site and tried paying through my card, only to be told on arrival that they don't accept any card payments through booking.com This is the second time we stayed there. The first time was much better than this. Absolutely the most poor customer service experience Ive ever had and Im not staying here again, nor will I be recommending it to anyone else.
