We loved the location, very central to both the main station and the airport .. it is situated in a stunning building with an old lift shaft. The staff go above and beyond to help during our stay (big thanks to Cristiano and Angelina). The rooms are lovely, spacious and brilliant bathrooms with lovely showers and they accommodated to all our needs as we was traveling for the first time with a newborn baby!

・360 view: Tower Suite plan has an access to a tower (different from the bedroom/bathroom, we needed to go upstairs lol) with 360 view. The small room in a tower has some chairs/tables and a fridge, and we could see beautiful panorama view from 4 windows. ・Good location ・Clean room ・Nice smell

No Firenze card if you book from booking.com. To get Firenze card, you need to book from the official website. Also this service has been stopped since COVID (as far as I heard on Feb 14th, 2023).

Amazing place! Comfortable room, bed, and gentle staff. Great breakfast and excellent car service. The personal driver pick up your car and bring it to the garage. It's in an excellent position between the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio!

perfect hotel and stuff there. it was my best hotels experience. I’m highly recommend this hotel! so fancy and safety place. very comfortable accommodation also, I had a B-Day, when I’ve arrived. receptionist was so kind and welcome. it was really nice

I had mosquitos in my room and they kept me awake.

The location was great, 20~ minute walk from everything. It is small, beautiful and fully renovated. They have a common has a balcony you can sit in. At night, the entrance is locked behind 2 sets of big doors, which is very nice.

Not totally sound proof, we could hear people walking in the hallway. They room is very small - but all we needed.

the building was beautiful. the location was excellent and it was quiet and spotlessly clean. the bathroom was perfect; shower great. the staff was very responsive (via WhatsApp) though they weren’t around at night.

the bed and pillows were hard and not very comfortable. The lift up to the hotel (the lobby was on the 2nd floor!) wasn’t great. Sometimes people didn’t close the doors properly and therefore the lift didn’t work.

- The hotel in itself is an old palace which gives you the feeling of living in old Florance. - Antique hotel with stylish decor and very pleasant smell. - we stayed at the tower suite. Hence, we got the best view in towe looking on all of Florence from a top. - very helpful staff and room service. - very clean. - in the center of Florence within walking distance from the train station.
