This is the first time I have ever stayed in a vacation home where everything was exactly as described. The condo was as beautiful as the pictures. The clean, simplistic feel of the condo made it feel spacious. It was perfect for our small family. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained, and so close to all the sights. We had a great time exploring the area!

The overall stay was great. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean and the neighborhood was beautiful. My family stayed for just under a full week.
Having two balconies, one covered and one open was perfect, especially so we could dry our wet towels and clothes. Unfortunately the dryer wouldn't get hot so being able to sun dry our beach towels and wet bathing suits was super helpful for us.
We rented bikes for a few days. It was nice that there were spots to park the bikes and lock them up right outside the unit.
We did have some difficulty finding where to park. Instructions were texted to us right before arriving but unfortunately the map image sent was blurry so I couldn't read the street names for the parking entrance. After driving around for a bit and talking to a permanent resident we found our parking spot.
We only have one suggestion which is to provide a fold up wagon for your guests. The spot provided for parking was really far from the unit. We drove in so we had all our groceries and personal items to bring up to the unit when we arrived. It was difficult.

Condo is just as described. Very cute 2 bedroom in a great location. We walked everywhere! Missing the parking pass, but that was resolved very easily with a text to property manager. I would recommend this condo and will hopefully be able to come back!

Looks exactly like the pictures, super cute and comfortable for a small family. We walked everywhere from here, never used the car. The Truman Waterfront park located just in front of the condo also has a splash pad for kids and playground.
Kitchen has some basics like salt and pepper; needs a dish rag and hand mitt but we made do with a bath towel. Bring your own toiletries. All around great stay!

The condo is a cozy space perfectly situation close (but not too close) to the action of Key West. The condo was as described and photographed.
There is a reserved parking spot, but it is a bit far from the condo making trips with luggage or other items a bit of a chore.

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo is on the second floor which gave us great views toward the water. We were a stone's throw from downtown as well as a quick bike ride to the State Park beach. We rented bikes and could get everywhere we wanted to. The condo was clean and very comfortable. There is good ac and ceiling fans in every room. All the basics in the kitchen so we could cook meals but there are so many great restaurants we didn't cook much. Alecia was very quick to respond whenever I had a question. Truman's Anne is the best area to stay and I highly recommend this condo!

Terrific location in a very safe neighborhood. We had a great time, and everything is in walking distance. The condo was perfect with front and back balconies. We would definitely rent this again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and as described and very comfortable. We had bikes for the week and the location was so great we walked and biked everywhere. Highly recommend.

This condo was fabulous. It was so clean, close to everything, pool was great and never crowded. Not sure why so many complaints about the AC not being cool enough, we thought it was great, actually my friend was cold and we turned it up a little. The ceiling fans are great in both rooms and living room. It was nice having a parking spot and not having to worry about where to park. We did not do a lot of driving since everything was so close. It was nice having guards, which made us feel safe when we were walking back late at night, and a parking lot behind a closed gate. We brought our own bikes, the only negative was not having a sticker to lock it up on one of the bike racks in the complex. The signs everywhere that said you had to have a sticker. We only rated the host a 4 on communication because we immediately asked about the bike sticker since we brought our own. She did reply immediately and said she would have to get with the HOA to inquire, but never received a response and we were there for 10 days. Other than that the host was great and we ended up locking our bikes up to a tree in a our walkway.
The only cons were the stairs were a little steep and tricky when going around the corner you had to be very careful, having a parking spot was great, but lugging everything from the parking lot was a lot (we did park as close as possible to unload, then moved the car), and there were teeny tiny ants in the kitchen and bathroom we were constantly killing. We made sure nothing was left out and everything had clips on it if it had been opened.
Overall we would highly recommend this condo/area. Being so close to everything was the best.

Hands down one of the most up to date and clean homes that I have been in. Emphasis on clean. It was so nice walking in to a home and the pics are representative of what you actually get. The location is fantastic, easy walk to Duval, Fort Zach, Mallory Square. Having two decks was amazing and we sat on both of them at different points of the day and they were so relaxing. We loved it so much and definitely plan to be back again.

Overall, our stay at this property was very nice and everything was as advertised. We were a little concerned with the 74 degree thermostat rule but 74 turned out to be very comfortable. The community pool was very accessible and chilled just right.

Great Location
It is a an attractive, up to date property in a quiet area with mature trees and a neighborhood feel. It is in a great location and is within 5-10 minute walking distance to good restaurants, Duval Street, Hemingway House, Fort Zach Park and is across the street from Truman Waterfront park. I would give it 5 stars except the air conditioner stopped working and we had one very warm 24 hour period before it got fixed. Also, the dishwasher didn't work.

Fabulous property that totally (and then some) was as billed on VRBO. Communication with owner was as smooth as could be wanted. Great location within walking distance to great restaurants, bars and Duval Street. Only bummer was location of parking space in relation to the condo. Once you parked though you really didn't need the car. Would go again!

Great small apartment in perfect location
Great small apartment. Location is perfect: quiet for sleeping and a short walk to the action. An added bonus is the water and a small park just outside the door.

Charming condo village
Great location that is walkable to many restaurants and Mallory Square (and an easy bike ride to the beach) but is far enough off Duval St. that you can still get some sleep! My kids enjoyed the splash pad and playground in Truman Waterfront Park, just across the street from the complex. The complex and surrounding areas were well lit and felt safe, even at night. Our only hiccup with the check-in process was because of an attachment that VRBO failed to include in the email, but the host was very helpful in getting everything sorted. Overall, a great home base from which to explore Old Town Key West!

Fantastic in all ways!
A friend and I decided to take a fairly last minute getaway to Key West - we could not have been more pleased with our stay! From the layout and amenities to the location to the friendly/helpful owner, it was absolutely wonderful in every way.

Awesome Property
We had a GREAT time in Key West and at this Condo. The location could not be better. It’s ten minutes to everywhere but in a peaceful Truman Annex setting. It’s a pleasant walk to old town, to Duval St, grocery/drug stores, to Fort Zach beach and some really great restaurants off Duval street, just to the south of the Condo. Fort Zach beach was a pleasant surprise. $5 for both of us to walk in, beach chair an umbrella rentals and a snack/drink stand.
The Condo was as advertised. Two great porches, well stocked with dishes, pillows, towels, etc. Super well maintained, totally upgraded. Smart TVs were great to have for a rainy day. Alicia is super responsive. We had an awesome time!

First Time Key West
Our first time in Key West and we had a blast. Our parking spot was not close to the condo, but it was not that bad. The condo was very clean and comfortable. I was a little concerned about not being allowed to drop the thermostat below 74 degrees, but it was really comfortable. I love the cold and usually can't stand it if the temperature in the house is not 70 degrees, but this was not a problem here. We would stay at this condo again, thank you for the use of your home.

Best 40th birthday experience!
We had an amazing time. The location was absolutely perfect, linens & pillows were super soft. Alicia was so helpful proving the luggage & bike service contact numbers. The double porches had amazing views. We will definitely stay again. 10 out of 10!

Very nice accommodation but washer did not work.
The rental itself was very nice. Clean, well decorated, and great location. My only complaint is that the clothes washer was not working when I arrived and, although owner knew beforehand, this information was not communicated to me. I booked this rental at the end of my trip and very much need to do laundry. The owner gave me information for local laundromats where I could take my clothes at my time and expense. I would have appreciated the owner advising me beforehand and either making sure the washer was fixed or giving a small discount.
