Aperol CITY Avant -garde hotel je jedan predivan hotel , u samom srcu Sarajeva , nov , ugodan , udoban, čist , jako luksuzan , jednostavno divan . Sarajevo je dragulj a sad ima ponudu kakvu zaslužuje . Boravak u ovom hotelu definitivno će se ponoviti . Hvala i Sretno

Location very central, modern room, parking,... very good place. The staff were awesome, the lady taking care of breakfast was outstanding.
There was a funny smell in my bedroom (despite it being very clean)

The hotel charges me for 2 room - I asked to cancel the 2nd room but they said no and when I told her that I would complain - the receptionist said GO AHEAD GO DO IT !! I had issues with locks of the room doors- I told the receptionist about the issue- she send the cleaner to fix the door ! the cleaner told me to shut/ close the door very strong whenever i open or close the door ! for my whole staying I had issues with the doors but no one cared for my safety or my belongings!

I liked Absolutely everything! Great hotel in the old City center, close to all tourist attractions. Perfectly clean, smelling stunning, not only in room but in Hotel in general. Staff were friendly and caring. Bed very comfy. 100% recommendation!

Location is great, the staff is really friendly. Great view from our room.
The breakfast is poor; less than expectation. I asked for 2 cots for my 2 babies but i get only one, so we couldn’t sleep well.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great. Close to everywhere. You are right in the heart of the city. Rooms are big enough and clean. The only thing I can suggest to my fellow colleagues to upgrade the quality of breakfast.

LOCATION, friendly staff, coziness of the place
Breakfast was good but can be better, parking now are with fees not free as before . curtain were ripped off from the sides. no toiletries available. no luggage porter.
