Staff. In my first day when I go there I cooked for my whole stay because it is easy for me to manage my time, purpose of travel, money and all. And also when I store my cooked foods to fridge I labled it properly. But one day after when I go to kitchen and check the fridge my foods wasn't in there. So one of the guest who saw the whole drama of the cleaner told me that on that day morning the cleaner throw all food away and washed the containers. So I wondered and was really disappointed about their behavior. And the special thing is I went to the reception and talked with the management. But they didn't took any actions on behalf of me. So that incident was made me so upset.

The location of the property is good. You get a great bar and sitting area just downstairs and if you’re there during the football season, you will love the vibe.
It’s little bit pricey than any other hostels in Bristol.

Many toilets and showers available
I got the email with the heads up on noisy nights from Thursday to Sunday however it was really noisy, sadly the windows didn't help much.

Great location, clean and comfortable
we were on the attic floor and the doors were very low, as in you had to bend to get in and I’m only 5”5. Not so bad for us, but we weren’t told beforehand and if you have mobility issues it could be an issue.

Room itself was really fun and had everything we needed for a couple of nights.
The room backed onto the beer garden courtyard with a glass wall. Whilst we could shut the curtains for some privacy the noise till the early hours required some heavy duty earplugs. Admittedly we WERE aware of this when booking but still slightly struggled. If you want to party n socialise it’d be awesome, but if you’re wrecked from a day of travel…maybe not.

Buona posizione per visitare Bristol a piedi, è di fianco alla stazione degli autobus dove arriva anche il transfer dall'aeroporto.
Possibile lasciare i bagagli gratis.
Chiedono una cauzione di 20 sterline e non danno neanche un asciugamano. Bagni e docce misti. Bisogna farsi il letto da soli (sono arrivata all'una e mezza di notte e avevo un letto in alto, vi lascio immaginare come sia stato farmi il letto al buio). Locale docce gelido. Pochissimi armadietti nella stanza. La zona non sembra molto sicura.

El area social.Tienes un jardin para poder tomar algo y disponibilidad de comer.Tambien jugar al billar.
Retumba mucho el suelo al caminar en las camas y las puertas cierran muy fuertes.

very good hostel. it’s up there with 1 of the best I’ve stayed at. staff were excellent. clean, friendly place. location very good short walk to the centre. very impressive

Staff is great. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Nice common room. Room C is quieter than the. other rooms that are over the noisy bar.
No lockers in room C. Spotty or non existent wifi in Room C (Ok in common area). Had to hold the button to keep the shower on. Very hard to wash that way. Couldn't adjust temperature.

The location is great, close to everything.
Everyone was very friendly, the staff as well as the other travelers.
The room we stayed in was nicely decorated.
The mattresses are comfortable and they're not plastic like you sometimes find in hostels, but the pillow was very lumpy.
The toilets/showers were not the cleanest, there was no more soap or toilet paper on multiple occasions.
The rooms are directly over the courtyard where the bar is so the music is indeed loud and distinctly audible. It's completely manageable with earplugs which are provided for free at the reception, but the bass still shakes your bed a little. (But we were well aware of this beforehand)

Staff member, especially the guy (whose name was difficult to spell) who did the check-in, was really friendly & welcoming. Showed us around the hostel and explain things that we needed to know for our stay. Toilets and shower rooms were very clean.
It was really noisy with the clubs within the premises although convenient for food and drinks. The food and drinks are relatively expensive considering they are within a hostel. Had thought they would be cheaper compared with high street prices. Even when the clubs are closed, could still hear people talking outside the window and along the corridor so earplugs are definitely a must.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Have to always wear the room key lanyard like we're kids.

The lockers are very flimsy and can be easily broken into.
