Unfortunately, one staff member on arrival at front desk was not welcoming or helpful. Saying “ room is not ready and not sure when it will be ready “ This was at 4 pm. Especially difficult as we were traveling with a young child We had to persist and make changes to our planned room which could have been handled more appropriately. This was disappointing as we found that many other staff members were excellent

The room was a credit to the domestic staff - very clean and well presented for our overnight stay. All front of house staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival.

Having to move rooms, first was noisy due to connecting door and skylight which let in light around the shutter and had seagulls banging on it

Need coffee machine in every room. Who drinks packet coffee now ? Plastic milk!! No freebies. Fridge not cold. Air con on 15 degrees so freezing room!!

קיבלנו חדר בקומת M , נוף מהחדר, גגות של מחסנים. מתוך שתי מעליות בלבד איתן ניתן להגיע לקומה זו, אחת היתה מושבתת למשך כל שהותנו במלון .

Spacious bedrooms with tea/coffee and plenty of water. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel felt luxurious and was very clean.

Couldn’t get any bar snacks/nibbles with our drinks or able to buy any. Kitchen closed at 10pm so no possibility of ordering late night food - I thought hotels should be able to cater for all its guests and their catering needs.

Ignorant foreign staff that were more concerned about talking to colleagues than attending to punters.

Very kind and friendly staff. Nice location - very central. Fresh and fruity water with a daily slogan, that makes you smile.

No hairdryer in the bathroom and no tea bags for making tea.
