We stayed for 1 week in room 101, it was super comfortable and cosy, the shower was amazing after a long day on the slopes! We felt so welcome from the owner, she was up every morning to great us in the dining room area and was able to recommend a resort depending on the weather, shes seemed really keen to learn English. We had a hire car, but I do think the owner will drop you to the resorts and I do think theres a bus stop near the house. Theres a 7/11 within walking distance. The house does off breakfast and dinner at an extra cost but we didnt try the food, we did see a family have dinner and it looked delish. She also offered to do out laundry!! I would highly recommend this guest house and even better if you get room 101 as i think its a newer part of the house.

The vending machine was right outside our room, a few guys wanted a drink in the early hours which was a little bit noisy

This is a beautiful authentic Japanese Pension with absolutely delightful owners. The food is spectacular. It’s in a quiet part of Misorano but it was easy to walk to the bus and local restaurants. It’s about a 30min walk to the centre of Hakuba. Our hosts kindly dropped us off to where we wanted to ski each day.
