アパルトメントタイプで自由に過ごす事ができた。

スタッフからチェックイン時何も説明を受けられず困惑した。建物の入口もロックされていて入れなかった。 その他説明も追々になり、少し不便さを感じた。

The apartment was fantastic and suited our family of 6 very well. Jacob & Kana were exceptional hosts, organising dinners, onsens and shuttle services for us. We had a wonderful time at Happo apartments.

The apartment was so clean and homey, simple yet classy. Complete with kitchen tools and toiletries. Easy to use washer and dryer. Spacious living area and dining.

Very close to Happo-one gondola ride. Quite a walk from the bus and train station if you don’t have car.

Happo Apartments is in a great location only a few minutes walk to the gondola at the Happo One ski runs. The apartment itself was amazing. Comfortable beds, large rooms, great central space for the lounge room and kitchen space, and all the facilities we needed for a family group. Best by far though was the exceptional assistance provided by the staff. Leading up to and throughout our stay, Kanako was really helpful and provided excellent advice on where to ski, what local activities we could do, and the best places to eat. Kanako would go out of her way to make our reservations, which was an absolute must if you want to eat at the smaller boutique restaurants - something that definitely needs to be experienced.

The location and size of the apartment was awesome for a family of 4

I gave an 8/10 rating for the following reasons; The place was not 100 clean when we arrived. The carpet under the table was full of bread crumbs (also under) and dust. The hot air heating system for a winter apartment is far from ideal. Master bedroom bathroom was a bit small but still functional. Wardrobes are not great (if we can can them that). Kitchen could have been a little better equipped. Otherwise great place and super helpful staff.

The apartment we got was quite comfortable, stylish, clean and very well located. It was a breeze to check in and out, because they provide free shuttle from and to the train/bus station. Also they provide free transportation to and from anywhere in the village, which was quite useful for us. Warm thanks to all the staff (receptionists and drivers, all very friendly and helpful), but a special appreciation goes to Ms. Kanako, who went out of her way to make sure we made the most of our rather short stay in Hakuba, including getting a table for dinner at the Hybrid, we loved it!

Absolutely not a dealbreaker, but the modular bathrooms could have been slightly roomier, given the size of the apartment itself and bedrooms, but i think it's kind of standard in Japan. There was only a narrow glass shelf to place our toiletries on.

The hotel staff has been a great help, very professional and friendly thank you again K!!!

Central location at Happo-one. About 100m from the Gondola. Ski hire shop right under the accomodation. Good sized drying room with a washing machine and drier. All toiletries and guest slippers supplied. Large bathrooms with big baths/onsens. Beautifully decorated rooms. Very comfortable beds. Each room with individual heating. Big kitchen and Lounge room. Big TV with free Netflix. Everything about this apartment was perfect!

Nothing! Anything we needed, we requested through the app and the staff were very helpful. Due to COVID and end of session, there was no-one manning reception and no daily room service. But this did not bother us!
