The spacious, modern room was amazing for Japanese accommodation. The beds were super comfy! Very conveniently located in the middle of everything- restaurants and base camp bus station. The breakfasts were very generous and shuttles to Happo and 47 on offer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a bar next door and coin laundry, giving extra convenience!

Koichi was very accommodative and helpful. He picked us up and drop us off from the bus terminal. The hotel is located in a nice area with the bus shuttle to the ski resorts just in front of the hotel. Not to mention the free shuttle services provided by the hotel. The View is also beautiful and we can see the Olympic slope as well as the ski slopes in Happo-One resort. The breakfast provided was delicious and wholesome.

The only issue that needs a bit of improvement is the housekeeping. Of the 5 days that we were there, the only housekeeping service that the housekeeping crew provided was throwing out the trash next to the main door. It would be nice if they clean the bathroom as well.

Large spacious rooms with big comfy beds. The very friendly staff went and beyond to ensure our stay was a memorable one. The location is fantastic with plenty of food and drink options nearby and a short walk to Hakuba Base Camp. The breakfast also exceeded expectations. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved everything about your hotel all the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. The breakfasts were delicious, Koechi arranged to pick us up and drop us off at the station and the snowedin bar and pool room upstairs were great places to relax at the end of the day. We will be back thankyou for a great holiday.

great, spacious apartment with three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilets. The kitchen was well equipped. Location was excellent, with shuttle buses so close to every ski area and dozens of restaurant/cafe options close by. Kato San was very helpful and kind to assist in any way he could and all of the staff were lovely and friendly. Freshly cooked breaky (and cold options) available every day.

Location, actual hotel, the staff were good, breakfast perfect.

No Japanese TV, a simple aerial would solve that. Even though I don't understand the language I love to watch local TV, but that's a small issue.

I spent fantastic days in Hakuba and especially at the Echo Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I want to thank Mr. Kato for his dedication to making sure we had a wonderful stay.
