It should be communicated in the ad The property is two separate for bedroom units that are no interior stairs between the units. Wow the property is a great location and shows huge potential the lack of maintenance on a property is starting to show its age The second floor bathroom smells a urine. The decks are starting to rot in the way. Third floor kitchen should be updated there is no pots pans cooking utensils in the third floor to cook in . The grill looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Upon checking we found dirty dishes in the dishwasher when communicated to the property manager . Didn't seem like they really cared. The house smells like must there's no air movement within the building...

Had difficulties w/ one refrigerator not cooling properly--a promised technician never arrived. There was no inside connection between the first and second floors, necessitating use of outdoor stairs to move from floor to floor. Access to both floors was by stairs only, no elevators, so that seniors might have difficulties w/ luggage, etc.
