Everything, the hosts were fantastic... Breakfast was lovely everyday. Brilliant location and comfortable room.

There was a warm welcome when I arrived Keith and Margaret are great hosts, my room was clean and nicely decorated, the room has a small safe and fridge which was a bonus. I stayed there whilst attending a weekend seminar in the Paignton Spiritualist church. I parked my car in the local car park for a small reduced charge using a parking permit loaned by the guest house and enjoyed walking to and from the seminar. The home is close to the seafront and therefore has all the atmosphere of a seaside holiday. I would definitely use this guest house again in the future.

Brilliant hosts the location was spot on the breakfast, you could not ask for more and the beds are 1 of the best ive slept in had a brilliant nighs sleep will be returning

The many stairs to our room next time we will request a room lower down as my partner struggled with them

The room was a very good size, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Keith and Margaret went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, nothing was too much trouble. Also a great location to all amenities.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like

Bed very comfortable, fridge was a great plus, room light and airy

Low water pressure, had to run the shower and hot water in wash basin for approx 3 to 4 mins to get it hot Also fridge and chest of drawers are in a position that makes it difficult to get past without catching yourself on them

Would thoroughly recommend. Loved everything about Rosemead and will definitely be back!!

Near town but away from noise

Seagulls lol lot stairs to get up for my husband but next time will ask for a 1st floor.

The good choice of breakfasts and the wash facilities were very clean great working shower.
