The apartment can be found in a quiet place. The parking place belongs to the flat, that is a huge help. We had a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and everything you need to care for yourself. There was enough room in the wardrobe for the clothes.

Very nice apartment! It is clean , modern and has everything you need. The parking is very good. The host is really friendly and helpful. I really recommend the apartment! I would like to stay here soon! Thanks for everything, Walter!

Walter was really nice, communication was easy and check in was uncomplicated. The apartment is clean, cozy and quiet. Location is very good, not in the busy historical center, but still within walking distance.
Some minor inconveniences, e.g. paying in cash is the only option, broken toliet seat, no microwave in the apartment.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is really nice and modern. The host is really friendly, efficient and accommodating. He even allowed us for a late checkout as our flight was later in the evening. I would definitely recommend this and I will be back when I need a place in Brno.

In these apartments, like in a hotel, only more freedom. You will definitely enjoy your stay here. Comfortable mattresses, cleanliness, excellent equipment.

10 minutes by foot from the city center, in a busy area but in a very calm street. Beautifully equipped, very comfortable, nice view from the balcony. Blinds on the windows helped to reduce noise from the trams, slept like a baby. Owner close by and responsive. Would stay here again. Equipped kitchen including essentials like salt, sugar, coffee, tea. Same applies for the bathroom. Washing machine including the dryer.
Wifi sometimes unstable - worked from the accomodation for two weeks and this was an issue on conference calls. For a regular visitor I think this wouldnt present any problem.

This is a bed síť... It is not a 1 bedroom apartment... But it is great

New apartment, super comfortable (AC) and quiet, still central location. Underground garage.
The only thing which was missing was sugar for coffee ;)
