Charming Lake House with Dock
Vieni a goderti un po 'di "tempo libero" e "ricaricare" sul Lago Murray! Pescare dal nostro molo, pagaiare in canoa o noleggiare una moto d'acqua o una barca e uscire in acqua! Griglia il pescato fresco sul ponte e oppure siediti e rilassati sulla veranda dello schermo che si affaccia sull'acqua e sul molo.
Questa casa a pianta aperta è stata costruita nel 2007 e dotata di tutti i nuovi mobili nel 2010. Il NUOVO TAPPETO è stato installato in tutte le camere da letto per il 2017. La master suite si trova al piano superiore e dispone di un letto matrimoniale, un cassettone rivestito in cedro, TV HD satellitare, lettore Blu-ray DVD e una zona salotto con vista sul lago. Il bagno principale ha pavimento piastrellato, doppio lavandino, vasca da bagno, doccia separata e cabina armadio.
Scendendo le scale troverete una grande sala dal soffitto alto con pavimento in legno collegato ad una zona pranzo e cucina completa con un bar dell'isola. Sopra il caminetto a gas c'è un HDTV satellitare (1080p) con Blu-ray DVD e sistema audio surround. Un comodo divano in pelle e un divanetto con poltrone reclinabili integrate ti permetteranno di rilassarti mentre ti godi un film dalla nostra selezione di DVD.
Il tavolo da pranzo con altezza di raccolta può ospitare 8, e altri 5 possono sedere al bar della cucina.
Due camere da letto al piano inferiore con una regina e un letto matrimoniale con rotelle sono collegate con un bagno completo "Jack and Jill" con doppi lavandini.
Due porte scorrevoli in vetro si aprono dalla grande sala sul ponte e portico schermo con vista sul molo e sul lago condivisi. Una lavanderia completa e 1/2 bagno completano le scale.
Questa casa ha un vialetto lastricato fuori da una strada lastricata in un bel quartiere. Un prato ben curato con sistema antincendio ti farà andare a piedi nudi e rilassarti non appena scendi dall'auto!

We had a great time at Lake Murray. The home was right on the lake with big windows giving you a great view. We enjoyed the kayak and canoe and tubing in the lake. The home had everything you need, very well equipped. Thank you for a nice week.

What a great home! Very clean and just perfect for a small family. We loved the serene cove and are thankful for being able to use the canoe. The ability to pull the rental boat up to the dock was very helpful, especially with three girls. We like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped for anything you could want to make. My old lady knees loved the gentle slope down to the lake and the dock. Haha Hopefully we can make it back soon!!!

Property is located in a quiet cove with a nice dock for our boat. We went to the fireworks show on the water and played on the lake the other days.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house was just perfect. We enjoyed sitting out on the screened in porch having our coffee and watching nature. Steve was an amazing host. We will definitely book this one again!!!

Enjoyed our stay at this lake home. Quiet subdivision, lots of room. Great seating with leather sofas that recline. Three very comfortable bedrooms. We would rent again.

Our visit was so relaxing and enjoyable. The house is spacious, clean and cozy. Being late November, the gas log fireplace made the stay all the more enjoyable. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware which allowed for some home cooking which was much appreciated by our son who is attending college in SC.
Steve checked in with us often to ensure we had all that was needed and that our stay was without problems.
Great to know we have the perfect spot to return to for our next visit!

We had an enjoyable stay by the lake. The house was less equipped than past experiences especially given the distance from local grocery and other dining. Our host was very responsive and helpful.

From the check-in day to checkout, Steve was attentive and reached out to make sure we were good to go with everything. The house itself is amazing, and having that back patio to sit on with our kids made the evenings great. If I ever go to the Masters again, I will stay here again.

Great spot on the lake
We enjoyed a weekend stay at this beautiful lake property. We haven’t explored the side of the lake before so it was a nice change of scenery. The house is great. Very clean. Well stocked. Loved the lake views from all of the windows in the living room and kitchen. Will definitely be back!

Property was extremely clean and nice. Had everything you could need. Not a lot of dining in the area but the house did have everything you could use to cook your own meals. Even a grill.

Just what we needed!
If you need a nice place on the lake, I highly recommend this one. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. I have elderly parents that live nearby and this was very comfortable for them to come spend the day with family. Beautiful house with a great floor plan. Everything was so organized and clean. Check in and check out was all written out clearly. The owner was very hospitable and kind.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The kids enjoyed the house and all adults enjoyed sitting on the screened porch. It was an absolutely perfect place to spend my wedding weekend.

Property was clean and easy to find. Boat ramp was just around corner. All amenities were great. Owner was very helpful and even offered to ship back a rod and reel I left behind. Would definitely recommend for a nice relaxed lake experience.
