Perfect location and a truly lovely apartment

Modern well appointed apartment. Quiet location two? Blocks from transportation. Short walk to restaurants.

Four flights of stairs. Bed was a bit uneven.

Great location, fantastic cafes and bars nearby and within short walking distance to tourist areas. Everything you needed! Even a great washing machine and clothes airer. Would definitely stay here again!

Gabrielle waited for us to hand us the keys. We arrived very late at night but she took al the time to explain the appartment, airco, electric windows et.

The kitchen has only tiny coffee cups. Since we are tea drinkers we really missed some mugs or teaglasses

Property bigger than appears from photos. Extremely central yet very quiet. Perfect base for exploring Venice and islands. Hosts very friendly and helpful, and spoke perfect English to make up for our complete lack of Italian.

Not a problem at all, but the flat was in the third floor no lift.

Very good location, near Campo San Toma, easy to go anywhere in Venice on foot or by vaporetto. Very comfortable apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, nicely decorated and renovated with taste. Fully equipped with all modern comfort, full of new appliances, everything in perfect good order and impeccably clean. Ideal for up to a family of 4. The hosts Fabiano and Giorgia were very friendly and helpful, they gave us useful travelling tips and helped us to find the apartment which is a bit hidden in a narrow street.

The access to the apartment is through a very narrow street, I had to walk sideways in my 18th century costume ;-) The flat is located on the top floor, 3rd floor without elevator, mind that when carrying lots of heavy luggage.

Our host was friendly, communicative, and very accommodating. The location was perfect.

We liked it all

We had a wonderful stay! the owners were kind and attentive, it was very easy to communicate with them. The apartment is spacious, very clean and 15min from train station / Rialto / San Marco. Best location ever!

Everything was great!

Not the cheapest, but absolutely worth the money. Very clean, new bathrooms, facilities working well (air condition, windows, kitchen...). Perfect location, Vaporetto nearby, most sightseeing can be done by walking. Very nice host lady who handed over the key, gave us instructions and restaurant suggestions. Nice cafe for breakfast just around the corner.

Some coat hooks or wardrobe would be useful but that´s really a minor issue.
