Nichts, da sehr enttäuschend. Bilder entsprechen NICHT der Realität!

Die Bilder des Hotels sind wahrscheinlich mind. 10 Jahre alt, vermutlich stammen sie vom damaligen Neubau und entsprechen überhaupt NICHT der Realität! Das ist wirklich unverschämt! Die Zimmer sind total abgewohnt, die Zugangstür ist wackelig und schwer abschließbar. Der Pool wurde von niemandem genutzt (6 Tage Aufenthalt). Das Frühstück ist ok, aber meistens fast kalt, weil der Weg von der Küche zum Rezeptionsbereich weit ist und man wohl keinen Wert darauf legt, dass das Essen warm ankommt... Das Personal ist hier wirklich unfähig und nicht bemüht! Chaotisch! Wir haben 2 Appartements nebeneinander gebucht, so stand es auch an der Eingangstafel in der Rezeption, aber man bekommt es dort nicht in den Griff, mussten 2x umziehen in 5 Tagen. Den Strand in der Nähe kann man nicht nutzen! Man muss mind. 15 Minuten laufen, dann findet man einen schönen Strand (Richtung "The Mandalika-Beach") inkl. schattigen Plätzen unter Bäumen.

事前引き落としの筈なのに、2日目に理由も言わず従業員にホテル代金を請求された。 苦情をブッキング.comに連絡すると対応して頂き、オーナーからホテルの都合でカード決済が出来無い為、現地で請求したとの事。 ダニが多くて13泊中3泊で断念した。 返金不可だったので、鍵を持って別のホテルに変更した。 ホテルを変更後1週間は痒くて夜中に目が覚めた。 12泊目に様子を見に来ると、２人分の荷物が置いてあり他の客に貸してる様子だったので、鍵をフロントに置いてから帰国した。 お金を貰っても泊まりたく無い。

The location was really good, walking distance to pretty much everything in Kuta. Shower pressure was good and it was warm water.

It was not clean at all. There was an animal in our attic, what made a lot of noise and we had no clue what it was. We asked the staff, but they don’t really talk english. The property was not maintained at all.

Oh man… when I read all the bad reviews before to book it, I was like that fine I’m not picky … I’ve got a pretty creepy/off vibe as soon as I step a foot in this place. I think this place was amazing 20 years ago but NOTHING I’ve been done to it since then. The paint is going off the wall outside and inside your room AND the floor (yeah yeah no joke). Not to mention the pool area .. The whole place looks abandoned and also the person who does the prayer is really close so be ready to be wake in up at 5am. The room is pretty big but as i mention earlier, the floor is pretty damaged, the sink in my bathroom was heavily leaking and the door of my bathroom could stay close properly so at some random time I could heard the door just opening by itself (have in mind that I already have a creepy feeling about that place and I travel alone 😅). Also the bed was uncomfortable. I was supposed to stay 4 nights but I left after two. Honestly this place could be really great but yeah it really need a MASSIVE upgrade starting with the outdoor area.

there is almost nothing like on the picture, pool is in bad condition. the roof is falling apart. animals are inbetween the walls and in the roof so it feels they will come inside your room any second
