Very good location, beach nearby, very good restaurant next to the building.

Dirty surfaces everywhere, old furniture, uncomfortable mattresses. There is no cleaning service during the stay and they don’t change the towels and the sheets.

Good location, close to the beach. There was a restaurant right next to the hotel that served good food and with short waiting time. The rooms were spacious, with 2 bathrooms, so they fit our family with 2 kids quite nicely. Paid washing service is available and we used it a few times.

The cleaning was not very thorough and over the course of our stay (10 days) the towels were changed a few times, garbage was taken out and some areas of the floor were swiped, but that's about it. The mattresses definitely need to be changed. Very little kitchenware available (only 1 pan and 1 pot, no knife for cutting, etc) and the electrical stove was slow. The ventilation in the bathrooms is basically unusable because they seem to push sewer smell (from one bathroom to the other I believe).

Very friendly staff, the view from the balcony was great, the room was big enough and the location was perfect as it was very close to the beach and to markets and restaurants.

The rooms and bathroom were clean however there were some stains on the bedsheets.

The location is near to the beach (max. 5 mins walking). Pretty quiet area, perfect for a family.

They don't have many parking spots (5 cars tops). If you want to go to the bars/clubs in Golden Sands I recommend finding other accommodation because that area is 3 km away (35 mins on foot).
