the apartment was situated in suteren with no view, only small window under the ciling and in second room any. There was a big noise from some machines disturbing all the night.

The location was great, the place looks quite modern and the fact that they are pet friendly as I always travel with my dog. Also they offer private parking and they have a fully equipped kitchen and a barbeque if you want to cook

The bathroom smells like sewer pretty bad, especially in the morning. Also, there were very loud noises in the hallway as my room was near the reception area and I couldn't sleep. Everyone was alert starting 6-7am, children running with their flip-flops, people talking very loud etc and I like to get up after 10 am while on holiday. If the doors were better soundproof and the plumbing system wouldn't have that problem, probably I would've rated 10 but these 2 problems bothered me quite a lot. So, the place is more suitable for families with children if you know what I mean

The cold reception, the very aggressive and not honest host who treats his customers very badly. Offers upon our arrival to cancel the reservation on Booking.com and pay on the spot in cash. Horrible smell of sewer and cigarette, pee in the rooms, very thin walls. only one person who does the cleaning, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., exploited to the maximum and therefore extremely overwhelmed. Cleaning is not done daily. The towels are stiff and smell bad. The dirty kitchen, we were disgusted, the dishwasher is never empty, the poorly maintained kitchen. c Children's beds are paid extra but they are completely broken and mattresses with a thickness of 2 cm are available - 75/Ron night. no coffee maker in the kitchen (only a coffee machine in the entrance of the villa - the coffee is disgusting). Pay more for sea view and you have the view of fields. On the beach next door you have a poop as a bonus. The decor around this hotel is disappointing. You can get all this at mav villa boutique for 95€/night. Note 1 is already very nice.

The room in the basement looks good but its so dark no windows, hard to know when is morning.
