It is the cheapest place in the area, so it's quite nice if you're on a budget. It's not far from Kofu station and most of the night life. There is a place to get coffee and water for free, as well as a microwave. They gave new towels outside your room every morning which was nice.

Absolutely disgusting bathroom. There was mold everywhere inside, the walls, the grout, even the fan. The walls were peeling and stained from cigarettes. Mold in the room on the walls as well. But you pay what you get for.

Very rough around the edges, but you get what you pay for. Comfortable enough for a night or two if you don't have high expectations.

Carpets and bed linen could be a little cleaner

Pretty big room compared to others hotel, there is a small fridge, a good view
