We had the best time here. Beautiful home and property. Pictures don’t do it justice. Ample parking for vehicles and boat trailers. We brought a boat and 2 seadoos and there were 3 docks total to tie up to which was great. The private beach was fantastic and not pictured. The water is shallow and warm the kids had an absolute blast playing in it safely. The beds were comfortable with high quality sheets which was great you never know when you stay somewhere how they actually will be. We will definitely stay here again. The only downside was there are a lot of stairs from to get from the house to the water which was hard for our elderly parents but they still made it work! The city of Postfalls was great very calm and good restaurants. Real Life Church had a wonderful service which was nice to go to and keep in our routine during our stay. The house manager met us upon our arrival and gave us a tour of the house, recommended restaurants and was an absolute joy to be around. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend!

Home & property are conveniently located between CAD and Spokane. Easy/quick drive or boat ride to CAD resort area. Was quiet & relaxing...with many amenities great for family activities, exercise and entertainment.

we really enjoyed out time at the house.

So much more than we expected! The pictures don’t do it justice for how amazing this place was. Had a fantastic time and even got two moor our boat for a beautiful ride around Coeur d’Alene lake.

Nice home with comfortable beds and plenty of indoor and outdoor space for group. Nice jacuzzi. Large lot with basketball and volleyball courts also enjoyed. Porches and stairs need to be maintained and repaired. Faulty/lack of internet connection caused us much inconvenience, requiring us to go elsewhere to find a connection and causing one to have to leave and go home during the week.

We really enjoyed the easy access to the water. Great location!

This property is amazing and in the perfect location to enjoy laid back time at the lake. In reviews people complained about no sharp knives, well we just bought one and left it there. It was the perfect place for our family vacation. The caretaker was wonderful and very responsive. Thank you for sharing your home

Some of the plumbing needs tlc. Upstairs shower is too cool and has low water pressure. Down stairs sink in step up bath is running a black sandy grit. I think pipe corrosion? The sink drains very slowly.

Outside needs paint Very weak Wi FI Marginal on cutlery and sharp knives Great Location/view Grounds were maintained very well. Substantcial construction in neighborhood. Beds were very vomfortable

House is located on a calm (no wake) are of the Spokane River which makes paddle boarding and kayaking safe and easy. We brought our own paddle boards, it would be nice if the house had some water toys (kayak, etc.), rentals are across the river but are spendy. The beach access is a little tricky with the plastic fencing (which we believe is up to keep the geese off the beach?), you can't really access the water from the beach, just from the dock. This is fine with older kids, but for littles it would be tricky if they want to play in the water from the beach. The house is very well stocked, it's not your standard rental where is equipped for renting only, it appears the homeowner uses the house as well and leaves the kitchen stocked with all the cookware and appliances you could ever need. We had a wonderful week together with friends and are grateful to the homeowners for sharing their home.

Spacious house with plenty of room for everyone to spread out - worked really well for our group of 6. Great access to the water and little to no boat wake as you're on an inlet and out at the river is a no wake zone. Keeps it pretty calm so you can easily take out kayaks, paddle boards, etc. House is pretty well equipped - didn't have any real problems with not having something in the kitchen which was nice. Seemed to be plenty of towels and anything else that we needed. Excellent house and very nice location!

This is our 2nd summer renting this home. The whole family had a wonderful time. The grandchildren played on the beach all day long. We also enjoyed some great volleyball games! This home is in a perfect location.

Overall a wonderful get-away for a multi-generation family vacation. Lots and lots of stairs, so not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Great property for big families or multiple Families. Location has great access to the water and lots of space for activities and relaxing. The waterfront is really calm and in a no wake zone, which means it’s not as loud or as choppy. It’s a little far from the lake, but we loved the calmness of the river and post falls.

This property is wonderful and very quite. We were a family of 9 adults and 2 children and the home a plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook for a large family. It was very nice having a washer and dryer. The location on the water with a very large beach and grass area was wonderful. The young adult enjoyed playing basketball and volleyball. Just a very nice place to stay and relax

Our family had a wonderful time at this home. It had everything we needed and we never had to leave the property. The grandchildren enjoyed the beach and playing in the sand. Easy access to our boat made for many trips on the water to fish and tube. We would like to return next summer. The views are spectacular.

We have rented several homes in the past and have always been a little dissappointed with the cleanliness of the home. This home surpassed our expectations and we would highly recommend for your next vacation. The home has a great location and the property is as advertised. We took full advantage of the private beach, volleyball and basketball courts. The house is very well stocked and has all the amenities anyone would need. Jimmy, the property caretaker, is friendly, helpful, and close by if there are any needs.

So much to do right on the property, there is no need to leave. The lake is so clear and the beach is shallow so the kids can play for hours on end. A beautiful, quiet, serene location.

We had a blast on the lake. Easy to rent all types of water toys boats, jet ski etc. Our views were awesome and the house was spotless. Love the view from the jacuzzi.

The house was everything we expected it to be and more. We were a large group that stayed very active through the beach volleyball, basketball court and access to the water. It’s a bit further than a 20-30 minute boat ride to get to Lake CDA, but the river had more than enough space for our wake boarding and surfing. It actually worked out better for such a busy weekend. The groundskeeper, Jimmy, was a gent and informed us of all the do’s and don’ts upon arrival. Other than that we didn’t see him for 4 days as he DOESNT live on site like some other reviews may suggest. Overall great way to end our summer on Labor Day Weekend. -Cheers!

Home was perfect for our waterfront vacation. It has everything..dock, beach, fire pit, health club quality fitness room. River location is perfect, no wake zone, warm water, and marina with fuel very close. Only small issue is advertised as sleeps 12 but really only 11. Otherwise, this was a perfect vacation for our whole family. Highly recommend it!

Truly a tremendous property located on the water and close to a great small town with plenty of outdoor activities for everyone. We had a fantastic family summer vacation while staying at this beautiful home. Kids loved the private beach and we utilized the multi-boat dock with easy river access. The positives are too long to list, mountain and water views, professional gym equipment, close to a quaint town with great cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and golf courses. From the perspective of someone who plans annual family vacations, everyone from the Grandkids to us old codgers will always remember this one fondly. Tips, the beach area is outstanding and the kids loved it but the sand is a bit course and clings to little wet feet, the closest bathroom is located two floors up and sand will tend to accumulate inside the house. If you do not want to chase the little ones around with a towel, try filling a cheap Styrofoam cooler up with water from the hose and leave it at the bottom of the outside stairs. We trained the kids to step in the cooler before coming in the house and kept the sand to a minimum. A few things to know about this property, lot and lots of stairs! Not handicap friendly, we are a very active family so it wasn’t a problem but when we had older guests stop by it was an issue. Also, the property has a full time caretaker, very nice older gentleman but he does tend to be on the grounds a lot which can seem a bit intrusive, that coupled with the outside cameras, presented somewhat of a creepy feeling. My adult daughters mentioned that they were less than comfortable with the sense of a lack of privacy. Finally, the biggest issue we experienced was the 12-person occupancy rule. I misunderstood the policy as an occupancy meaning staying on the property not visiting. Make no mistake, you are only allowed 12 people on the property at any one time, day guests included. This was my mistake and when pointed out to me, the owner was very accommodating, allowing me a couple hours to comply so I didn’t have to kick my guest out on the spot. Overall a fantastic time had by everyone!

We've been renting up in the Coeur D'Alene area for 15 years and this was not one of our favorite homes. The house looks great online; however, it is in need of some updates. The stairs down to the water are close to being unsafe; the rails on the stairs in the front are crooked and they come apart. The Good: It's a nice spot, easy to get to, and has a huge recreation area along with tons of parking. It is super close to Post Falls which has some nice restaurants and golf close by. The river was very nice and we swam off the boat down the river a bit. The river is big enough for tubing too - this was great and the areas you can go tubing are super close to the house. The entire bay the house is on is a "No Wake" zone, so that has it's pluses and minuses, but it was good for us. The Bad: If you go into the house from the front, you have to climb two flights of stairs and you enter into the exercise room; you have to walk up two more flights of stairs to the main living/family/kitchen area. There is another parking area (tons of parking) that is level with the main living area so that was nice. The pics online don't give you a good understanding that there are LOTS of stairs: multiple flights to the water. We had two handicapped people in our party and it was a problem for us. Hot water was an adventure in master bedroom, never knew if you'd get any and if you did, it took a long time to get it; same in the kitchen. The Ugly: Once you get to the water there was algae in it that was everywhere and pretty slimy so the kids didn't want to swim off the dock - you couldn't jump in without hitting it. The beach area was nice but again, the water had lots of algae. The rugs in the kitchen have no rubber underneath and people were constantly slipping - you step on the rug and it moves 6 inches so you have to catch your balance. Conclusion: Nice spot for convenience, water wasn't great, house wasn't great.

The house was wonderful. Really well stocked for all your cooking needs. The location was perfect, the river location inside the cove. We rented a pontoon boat and 2 wave runners and after taking both on the lake we all found that we enjoyed the river so much more. There were 8 adults and 4 children ranging in ages 1 to 9. The kids had fun playing in the creek, saw deer ever evening and the view of the river from the deck was breath taking. I highly recommend this house. It was a great family get away (Grandparents, Adult Children, Grandkids) Would rent this house again.
