O nome Aconchego no Campo descreve perfeitamente o local. Tudo muito lindo, bem cuidado nos mínimos detalhes

O quarto que escolhi fica mais isolado, um pouco distante das áreas comum. Difícil acesso com muitas escadas. Como estava sozinha fiquei com receio de algum bicho, inseto aparecer pois sou 100% urbana 😅 Sugeri aos responsáveis que tenha essa informação nessa suíte.

Lugar tranquilo, contado com a natureza que da uma paz, otimos quarto , muito aconchegante …

Too many things I could point out.Careless staff , dirty bathroom specially dark walls that could be cleaned with a simple piece of paper - but to begin with, one staff was napping waiting for us to check in which was "late" (they finish it at 8pm) and didn't even bother to check the room prior to our arrival - I replied to their message abo our check in time that would be right before 8pm and we got there after the super dark road in the middle of nowhere with no lights or pavement to drive. ROOM WASN'T READY!Messed up and dirty, we literally wasted two hours from our check in until they figure out a way, that they called the cleaners to make up the room at that time , and it still wasn't cleaned properly. Cleaners didn't wear mask whatsoever while cleaning the room or walking by us. Mentioned next day to the owner about the situation as we were tired of driving, traffic, winding roads, no pavement, no lights and still had to wait for the room to be clean - note that there were only two rooms occupied and they still couldn't just check the one assigned to us. Place has potential but it's not being taken care of. Dirty pool ( WE CLEANED THE POOL WITH THE NET STANDING THERE SO WE COULD USE, OTHER GUESTS USED TOO AFTER US AS IT WAS CLEANED, YET,A STAFF WAS THERE "PAINTING " CHAIRS WITH STRONG SMELL NEXT TO US, HE COULDN'TDO IT, SOMETHING SO SIMPLE), "games area" not possible to use, with construction items on top of ping pong table, broken umbrella and chair by the pool, in the room they use two twin beds together and they were just moving around even when we would seat there, noisy room,uncomfortable pillows, no price for the mini bar so in the check out they wanted to charge us a higher cost, for other dish we asked as well the owner told us one price and at the check out they made up saying it was double portions which we didn't know they were doing that way.

As stated earlier, we wanted a rustic experience, not far from São Paulo and this establishment was the perfect mini- getaway! The proprietors were friendly and very helpful. The staff was attentive and did extra to make guests feel comfortable. Meals are simple, hardy but flavorful, oh yeah...nice burguers too. Cafe de amanhã was very good with a nice variety. The grounds are in keeping with the rustic scene. Some areas looked to be under construction but overall there is enough nature to distract you. I also enjoyed the trail. There's a seemingly abandoned farm area that was an interesting place for pictures. Don't wear sandals...the trail can be rough in some places. Overall, this is a nice establishment with a charm all of its own. Everyone was great, it made our experience very enjoyable.

Unfortunately, It appeared that our room was vacant for a while because there were dead bugs everywhere. We arrived close to 8pm so we didn't have an option to change rooms. However, the next morning while we were having breakfast, the staff cleaned everything thoroughly. We expected rustic but that was too rustic for our tastes...kkkk
