The property was incredibly clean and really well located, especially when travelling with a dog. The field behind the hotel was just the cherry on top! The room was perfectly sized and the bed was comfortable. Very convenient to have a nice kitchen in there and a desk to work from. The terrace and back door was practical to let our dog out late in the evening. We would definitely go back!

There was a problem with the washing machine.(my T-shirts has stained after using washing machine) Obviously it was not my fault. It was a dust stain in the washing machine. But he (reception supervisor) suspected me. He said it was a problem of detergent you brought. Haha… I didn’t want to receive compensation. I just demanded 4 dollars because I had to use washing machine and drying machine again because of the stain. That’s why I just demanded this cost(2 dollars each) You know, I bought the detergent in the mart in Canada also I used this detergent to same washing machine in other Hotel as well. Also, the results were very disappointing. Processing was difficulty and too slow. I thought, he didn’t want to say sorry, didn’t agree occurred problem in hotel, didn’t want to give 4 dollars to me. I can sure, he thought me as if a beggar to get 4 dollars. So I returned 4 dollars to reception. After then, I couldn’t receive any feedback by manager. Maybe supervisor didn’t report manager about this problem or manager ignored this situation. I think, reception supervisor was not professional. Because I also receptionist too in a 4star hotel in my country. I think he didn’t completely solve this problem because I was not satisfied.

This will be my first stay of many! The highlight were the shuttle drivers who were quick, beyond friendly and really helped ease my stress. The room was modern and clean with every amenity I could hope for provided. This property will be my go to everyone and I’d encourage anyone to try it. Shout out to Darren and Dennis for being fantastic!

I would have liked the restaurant open just a bit later or even a reduced menu after 10pm but I’m sure it is set that way for a reason.

Das Zimmer war mit Kühlschrank und Kochgelegenheit auch für längere Aufenthalte für Selbstversorger ausgestattet. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, sowohl mit Bacon & Eggs, gebratene Würstchen und Baked Beans als auch mit Pfannkuchen und Toast, Butter und Marmelade sowie Haferflocken, Joghurt und frischem Obst! Es gab Porzellanteller und -tassen und richtiges Besteck, was in kanadischen Hotels nicht selbstverständlich ist! 😀 Auch der Airport-Shuttle war völlig individuell und zuverlässig! In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ein Einkaufzentrum und mehrere Restaurants und Cafés,.

Die Lage war nicht so gut wie erhofft. Die ganze Gegend ist für Autofahrer ausgelegt: Breite Straßen in alle Richtungen, ein Shoppingcenter umringt von riesigen Parkplätzen statt Grünanlagen, auf die ich gehofft hatte! Die Lust auf einen Spaziergang ist mir schnell vergangen!

Well run hotel. It's obvious the Management is experienced and know what they are doing. Cleanliness, kitchenette with 3/4 of normal size Fridge/freezer, excellent breakfast with vegetables and salad, very comfy beds, quiet location.

The shuttle driver was so nice and helpful. I was stuck in Calgary when my connection was cancelled and I booked a room while searching for my luggage and the shuttle came to get me right away. The hotel is new and nice, the room was HUGE. I would certainly stay here again.

There wasn't anything to dislike except the walls were a bit thin and I couldn't get the shower much past warm.

Place, staff, and facilities. Just want to mention. Her name is Gen in the front service she is very helpful, polite and help us to checknin right away. So thank you. Great customer service.

The hotel wasn't too far from the airport but still quiet. A good selection of places to have dinner and breakfast the next day. The hotel room was a good size.

As an 'Airport' location hotel, it was the price point that made me chose this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant, although industrial in looks, served good food.

My rating is entirely based on my experience with the hotel staff there. The restaurant staff was nice, but right from check-in at the desk I felt UN-welcomed and not treated nicely. Airport shuttle only runs every hour.! The breakfast included needed to re-confirmed by the desk person/manager.! by me having to provide my reservation/booking info.! Damage deposit charged... which I have no idea why hotels do this, as they have my credit card anyhow. when I complained about it, the manger finally suggested to me that I should chose a different hotel next time. I will take him up on THAT recommendation.! As I can not recommend this place.

We had a king room. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows too. Spacious. Pool and hot tub great. Close to airport.

Felt like the comfort of the pillows and bed could be better since I couldn't fall asleep easy but that is probably just me. Some plane noise.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the food was excellent.

Everything was perfect.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and the items we had all tasted good. Very good value. The scrambled eggs (with cheese and peppers) and the bacon were very good. Usually hotel buffet scrambled eggs aren’t good but these were excellent. The woman running the breakfast area was welcoming and doing a great job keeping things cleaned up and checking on everyone to see how their food was. The shuttle driver was a super nice man.

Both bed and sofa (for sitting, not sleeping) are too hard, not comfy. We could have used more than 2 flavours of tea in breakfast area (suggest Earl Grey) but it was fine. No chocolate was available to buy in the little store. The hallways smell quite perfumey - we were there for more than 1 night and it was overly scented throughout the hotel the whole time.

Food in the restaurant was not good. Not fresh, obviously frozen and just heated, fish was thin and dry (overcooked).
