Situato sull'isolato oceanico di Maryland Avenue, a soli due isolati da Rehoboth Avenue, vi troverete a pochi minuti da tutti i ristoranti, dal lungomare e dai negozi. Dotata di un divano letto matrimoniale e di un divano letto singolo, questa unità può facilmente ospitare tre adulti o due adulti e due bambini. A soli 400 piedi quadrati rimarrai stupito di quanto spazio devi sederti e rilassarti durante il giorno e contare i tuoi zzz di notte. La cucina ha un frigorifero e un piccolo congelatore, un forno di dimensioni standard, un forno a microonde che offre una versatilità sufficiente se si desidera preparare i propri pasti durante le vacanze. puoi facilmente farlo. L'unità include un posto auto assegnato in modo da poter parcheggiare in loco. Probabilmente scoprirai che una volta parcheggiata la tua auto non ti servirà affatto durante il tuo soggiorno poiché tutto è così vicino.

Nice but could not stay there for more than 2days. Not enough room for my fam but the location was amazing. If I were a newly wed or single. Best place ever.

There was a misunderstanding about the cleaning schedule but as soon as I notified the Host they immediately got someone out and gave me a price reduction for my trouble. I always say that you have a greater opportunity to make an impression when something goes wrong and that certainly happened here.
The place was perfectly located and comfortable. It was a three minute walk to my favorite coffee shop (Cafe Go Go) and the same to the boardwalk. Damage refund was given in a timely manner. I would highly recommend and will definitely book again when in the area.

This is a no frills property but prefect for a qet away. Awesome location. Pull out couch was fine. Apartment was clean.

If you are looking for an affordable place that has amazing access to all Rehoboth has to offer then this is your place. I must have scanned the info too quick, I didn't realize that it is common practice to not offer linens, but new to me. The only other quibble was the hide-a-bed has seen better days. But for the price, easy access, nice smart tv, solid wifi, strong AC, and a decently equipped kitchen - this is a great space.

Perfect for our needs
We wanted a place convenient to the boardwalk and this definitely fit the bill! The place was as advertised. There is both a drip and a Keurig-type coffee makers. Take a mattress topper as the pull out mattress is on the thin side; compared to what we are used to sleeping on.

Perfect location, I'm grateful I read the reviews before going as someone said the bed wasn't good so we brought a mattress topper, thank God we did that the bed was not so great! The only thing off about the description was it said drip coffee so that what we brought but it was a k-cup, otherwise it was perfect! We will go back!!!!

Blankets and sheets are not included but we brought our own! Also, we brought our own padded mattress covers which was a great help as the pull outs were super thin!! Also bring a couple of folding chairs for the table as there is no seating when the beds are set up! Otherwise, it was clean and met our needs for this trip!

This is the second time I have stayed here, and I enjoyed the stay. The location is really just a block away from the beach and the downtown shops and restaurants. This is a great place for a solo trip, and it fits the description of the ad. I hope to return soon!

The place was very Clean and perfect location to beach and boardwalk however a bit small for me and 2 teenage girls It is a wonderful little studio and would be perfect for 2 (no more) You couldn't ask for a better location

Property was refurbished. We brought a blow up bed. 2 adults and 2 small children and you won't need the blow up bed. We would rent it again. Close to everything. Beach 1 block Rehoboth Ave, 2 blocks.

Great location
Had a positive experience at Michael's place. The location is unbeatable- very quiet but a block from the beach and the best restaurants in town. Michael was very communicative and accommodating. The space was good for our short stay and nice that there was a little kitchen. There is no getting around the uncomfortable sleeper sofa though, so be prepared - I suggest even bringing a mattress topper if you can. Otherwise, great place for the price!

Perfect Lil Spot Close to the Beach!
Michael and Corey's studio apartment was perfect for our annual ladies' trip to Rehoboth. The apartment is perfectly located at only a block from the nearest beach entrance, and two blocks from Rehoboth Ave, among all the other great side streets.
The apartment was well stocked with what we needed (cups, plates bowls etc). The only thing I wish there was (though, I may have just missed it) was a broom to sweep out all the sand.
Otherwise, the apartment was as described. I will say the pull out couches weren't the comfiest (when are they?), but we knew what we were getting into when we made this reservation.
Otherwise- totally recommend this affordable spot for a weekend getaway with friends!

Review Rehoboth Beach
Our two-night stay at Rehoboth beach was a great experience. The pictures are accurate the place is small but very clean and very close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants at night. Check-in was fast as check out and the owners replied to our inquiries right away. We would definitely come back again.

Perfect for a Small Family Vacation
We stayed for 3 days for a family vacation. It was a great value for the size, location, and quality. The location is right in the heart of North Rehoboth Beach close to restaurants, shops, and the beach/boardwalk. The listing was exactly as described. It was a 3-4 minute walk to the beach with two young kids. It was just enough space for two adults and our 5-year old and 2-year old. Air conditioning worked great for a very hot weekend. The owner was great to work with and check in was a breeze. I would highly recommend this property and owner!

Cute Studio Near the Beach
This property was everything I wanted! The ad is very accurate, and it was the perfect size for a solo vacation. You are just a block away from the beach and from restaurants, shops, and bars. I parked my car at the property and just walked everywhere. I found it so easy to communicate with the owner, Michael. The place was clean and the amenities met my expectations based on the price. I can’t wait to come back!
