Everything was clean, lots of space! My son enjoyed the pool out back. Short commute to Disney made this perfect for our trip!

Excellent location for a visit to Disneyland. Easy, 5 minute drive to Disney with close proximity to grocery store and anything else you may need. Spacious kitchen, comfortable beds, bunk room is great for smaller kids. Responsive host. Game room and small pool are a bonus!

This place was awesome! Nice neighborhood! Well taken care of! Close to Disney! We’ve stayed in other Anaheim properties and didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood. This one was a gem. The only bummer is all the things you have to submit and sign in order to stay there. That’s how it is in Anaheim. It’s the city of Anaheim that has all the strict rules. Other than that it was a perfect stay for our family. Wr will rent this place again next time!

The home was perfect for our 10-member three generation family. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and pool for soaking and swimming after long days of walking around nearby Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Park. The beds were comfortable, and the grandkids including a 3-year old were able to sleep in separate rooms nearby their parents. The property managers were very responsive to address minor items to improve our stay.

We stayed at this spot for a total of 4 days. We requested to check in an hour early and they were able to accommodate this. You are given a code for their keypad. Be aware that the keypad is on the side entry door, not the front door. This was not previously mentioned. The home was cute and homey. The property manager is easy to get a hold of for all your needs/requests.

The location was great walking distance to downtown Anaheim with lots of great food options and shops. Given how much driving we have been doing in San Diego and Anaheim this was a great local break!

Pros:
- very clean
- tasteful decor not overly accessorized
- fantastic location only 8 minutes from Disney parking garage
- there’s a fun little game room outside which can be used most of the day
Cons:
- excessive Orwellian messages from management about the many rules IN ANGRY RED ALL CAPS (agreements, texts, emails, signs in the house)…we respect the rules but geez even the WiFi password seems intended to intimidate the guest to the point we didn’t feel welcome, they even warn you they are watching you via camera to see if you break the rules
- no lock on the bathroom door (?!?), the one that serves three bedrooms. Not sure if there was one for the master en suite bathroom
- the fridge makes some horribly loud knocking noise for about 30 seconds every hour or so which kept a couple of us up the first night - it was so loud we actually thought a break in was happening on the street
- beds were not comfortable. The master bed is so soft that my very petite mother sunk right down and this hurt her back. Other beds were rock hard and the bunk beds were sort of rickety and wobbly
- the washing machine in the kitchen sounds like a plane taking off but according to other reviews we were lucky it worked at all
- we didn’t use the pool but FYI the picture of the pool is a bit misleading as in person it’s not much bigger than a hot tub
- they weren’t able to accommodate early or late check in
- mgt didn’t reply to my text, only my mother’s

We had the pleasure of staying at this little gem for my daughters birthday and it was just perfect. There was everything we need and the management company went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay! A quick drive to Disney and Knott’s and plenty of shopping close by! I would highly recommend. Thanks for the great vacation!

The pool is small but does the job, there is a ledge that goes around the perimeter of the pool which makes the actual swimming area even smaller. I’m not sure the heater was set at 83 as listed but the pool was heated. The thermostat for the house is on a set schedule and drops drastically at night. Took a few days to realize that we had to change the thermostat every night after 10pm otherwise we’d wake up frozen. All in all the neighborhood was quiet and great food options at the meat packing district. Would stay again. Landlords notes texts and emails are a little excessive about the noise curfew but I guess some people probably need all those reminders.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The backyard pool and game room were huge hit with my grandson and family. We were close to shopping and Disneyland, so after the long days at Disneyland we loved enjoying the pool and back patio.

The house & our stay had some hiccups but it was still a good option for our large family. The layout was nice- a large living room, dining table and spacious kitchen. Comfy couches, nice decor. We really enjoyed the pool, patio and game room! You can’t beat the location if visiting Disneyland. A quick 5 minute drive!
There are definitely some areas the property could improve upon. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable. They are very thin, soft/saggy, and have no box springs. The washing machine doesn’t consistently work. I read the previous reviews of renters having issues with it so I even messaged ahead of time confirming if it was working. I have 4 children so laundry piles up quickly- this was an important amenity to have for our stay! I was assured there was a working washer. However when we arrived it did NOT work. When we called we were essentially told to “keep trying” and that was it. No real solution. On day 3 it did start working, but frustrating that happened. If that many people are having issues- buy a new one or don’t promote it as an available amenity.
Additionally we paid to have the pool heated. When we arrived it was working but had stopped mid-stay. The owner did call a pool service to fix it but we lost a day of swimming since it was too cold. I was not offered a refund for that.
Overall it’s a nice property but for the price I wish the quality of amenities were nicer.

Although it is the same property, the furniture layout wasn't as it appears in the pictures.
The side door, through which you enter the property, was falling off the hinges. And the faucet in the shared bathroom didn't work properly - one of the taps were stuck and wouldn't work.
We were informed that we would be left with some basic supplies, yet all we had a was a load of sugar - no salt, no pepper, no oil, no coffee. We had to buy all of this ourselves. We were also told we would be provided with a small container of washing detergent - that's true, but the container was empty and so we had to buy this too. We asked if they could drop off some detergent as we wanted to do just a small wash, but they didn't. They then had the audacity to ask if we could wash the towels and bedding before we departed!
Funtierland seemed most intent on ensuring that we abided by their arcane rules - no noise before 9am and after 10pm. And no guests!
The back garden, small pool and BBQ area was lovely.
That all said - we had a great time, and the property served the purpose for which it was intended. I just feel that it was a little over priced given the few issues.

Everything was wonderful. It just was a big inconvenience not having a working washer.Especially having my children there. Being from out of town and having to take time out just to go to a laundromat. It was a big inconvenience. Other than that everything was wonderful. The property was beautiful.

Cute house. It was very clean with a great floorplan. Close to Disney. One more bathroom would have made this house perfect. One thing to note the pool is tiny. With that said the backyard is very nice.

We were very pleased with our stay. Booking and payment was easy. Communication with management was good. Everything with the house was in order. It had everything we needed and more. The house was a little older than we thought it was by the pictures, but it was all in good shape. I was happy with lots of parking in the back. The location was great, we just jumped on the bus a block away from the house and it took us straight to Disneyland.

The house was very cute. It's an old house so we weren't expecting perfection. On our last night there, the neighbors threw an outdoor house party with a live DJ. Normally I don't mind that stuff but our bedroom windows overlooked their backyard and the whole house was filled with bass and the constant hum of party goers talking loudly over the music. We asked them to please turn it down or go inside around 11:45pm. Nothing changed. We called the non emergency police twice over the next couple of hours but they were busy and never came out. Texted rental company as well. The party ended at 2:45am. The 3 bedrooms on that side were uninhabitable during this time so we slept on the couches. One of our guests drove home to Napa at midnight because it was so bad...even in the living room. Be may not be a quiet place to stay if you're staying there over a holiday popular for parties. That's the reason the rating is low for location. The neighbor is completely disrespectful. It is easy to Uber to Disneyland though.

Our stay
Overall it suited our needs. I would recommend going to the furtheirland website to rent as vrbo has an extra fee for their listing. The stay was nice-I had a misunderstanding with occupants so we ended up having to leave our two babies at home because they would be two over the occupant stay. This was disappointing but they were absolutely firm on this issue. House was clean, had strong smell of cleaning products even in fridge and microwave-i did send a recommendation for food based cleaning products for food storage areas to the property manager so hopefully they will take that into consideration.
