Julie is a great host! She was very responsive prior to and during our stay. Apartment is conveniently located close Broadway and many shops and restaurants within a short walk or uber ride. Place was super clean and comfortable, having all the necessities for a short stay. We definitely plan to stay here again for our next trip to Nashville.

We enjoyed our stay at Julie's Riverfront condo! Clean and nicely decorated. The only hitch was the stairway was under construction for 2 of our 3 nights.

We’ve stayed in several Riverfront units as we come to Nashville for a week annually. The differences…the balcony is not covered with overgrowth. You can see and enjoy the 3rd floor view. The bathroom has a magic mirror. I’ve seen these in renovated hotels. The bathroom is very well lit…not typical in Riverfront. You’ll step into a clean place. That crew is very good. You’ll find the place well stocked with everything you need. Nice king bed. Good location in Riverfront…about in the middle. Walk to Broadway or the pool in the opposite direction.

Loved being along river. Fun watching the barges. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. 1 mile from downtown which was great. Owners weee respondent when issues with WIFI. Excellent stay

This was our 2nd time staying in this little oasis, and it was just as calming as the first. Very clean with cute decorations. It is an easy walk to Lower Broadway, which works great for us. We love Nashville and will definitely book this property again.

Our 5th time renting from Julie and Ryan and we will definitely keep coming back! The condo is always clean, quiet, and comfortable. Easy and free parking and a quick and cheap Uber ride to Broadway as well as an easy 1 mile drive to Germantown.
Reserving, arrival and check-out is always a breeze and any questions are always answered quickly.
We can’t wait to get back to our home away from home!

It was perfect. Just a quick mile walk to Broadway. What a great view of the Cumberland River so neat to watch the barges go by. Our first time staying at a VRBO it was great would definitely do it again.

Cute small condo with a little balcony overlooking the river and Nissan stadium. About an easy 20-25 minute walk to Broadway and about 5-10 minute walk to some great bars and restaurants in Germantown. Next time I come to Nashville, I will definitely try to rent this place again.

We really enjoyed staying at Julie’s beautiful condo. It was clean, comfortable & quiet. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to Broadway & Germantown. Definitely would love to go back. Oh the bed was super comfortable also.

This was a perfect rental! Very clean, modern and exactly as pictured. It was also extremely convenient for walking to Broadway entertainment. Free parking was a bonus and we felt very safe at all time while staying here and walking to and from Broadway.

Excellent hosts that provided us tons of information! Quiet neighborhood so if you’re looking to be busy right out your door, this may not be for you. However, we loved escaping the hustle & bustle! This was our first stop for a 7 week trip through the southeast United States. Our stay in Nashville was for a week. The unit was exactly as presented on the vrbo site. The only thing that we missed having was a washer and dryer....we assumed that the condo had both and were somewhat surprised that it did not. The only other issue was the fact that it was a 3rd floor unit and there was no elevator. My wife and I are in late 60,s and early 70,s so getting luggage and groceries etc. up all of the stairs was a bit of a chore. The unit was very nice and we had a great view of the river. I would recommend this rental to many...however for those closer to our age please keep in mind 3rd floor walk up with no elevator.

This was the perfect apartment for my husband and me to stay while we were in town for a convention. Very close to everything. Spotlessly clean! It's just as described. The hosts are fantastic and easy to contact, very quick to respond. Super all around! We very highly recommend this apartment!

My daughter, her friend and myself stayed at the condo and the view of the river was great. We would travel into the town to check out the talent and enjoy this wonderful city. The parking is covered, which turned out to be great since we got a few inches of snow while we were there. The condo is in great shape and the owners communicated with us throughout our trip. We would stay here again if we return to Nashville. They are wonderful host. Thank you!

We did return home down 3rd avenue, rather than walking by the homeless people on the river or the detention center. Uber was available, but we were not out past midnight, so were comfortable walking home.
Should note this unit is in an industrial area. So was "Urban" noisy in the Morning. Also construction nearby so heavy equipment back up alarms starting around 7 AM. We are used to that, but if that is a concern, keep that in mind.

Great location that’s close to everything. Condo was clean and everything was exactly as listed. Communication with owner and check in process was superb. Beautiful modern decor with all the furnishings needed. Nashville is a growing city with lots of construction and road closures. Condo is easy to find once you navigate the road closures. Had an amazing getaway for our 5 year anniversary and wife’s birthday. Will definitely book again if available

Great location, close enough to walk, not too much to Uber and away from the crowds to not be so loud. The covered parking was the best and the place was comfortable and very clean. We also appreciated the laundry mat and use of App to use and monitor loads.

This condo was perfect for us. 2 adults and one 12 year old. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The couches and bed were all very comfortable. The host left us each a water, a surprise candy and made sure there was coffee for our use. I would highly recommend this place and will stay there again for sure. It was about a mile to most of the things we checked distance from on Broadway and we walked 0.4 mile to a restaurant in Germantown. Basically you can walk or scooter everywhere downtown. The only downfall was no elevator but the steps were good for us after all that Nashville food!

We stayed in this lovely condo for our 20th anniversary. The condo is beautiful exactly as listed. The location is fantastic, close to many attractions. The condo was right on the river and the balcony was a great spot to either have morning coffee or a drink in the evening after returning from a busy day in the city.

This condo was a great little one bedroom, perfect for a couple or someone traveling alone. With ride shares and Nashville's multitude of point-to-point electric scooter rentals, getting downtown (and beyond) from the condo was a breeze.
The view of the river from the balcony was great, especially at sunset. It was a great place to enjoy a drink in the cool autumn air.
I would rent this property again without hesitation if I ever should return to Nashville.
