Clean and quiet, perfect for a transit stay or more. Private parking is a big plus. The host is very nice and received us in the parking lot so checking in was done in 2 minutes. We would stay again for sure.

The blanket for the living room couch was really small for our two kids. One extra blanket would have been nice to have.

We visited IGI WHITE FLAT twice on our way to Bulgaria and back. There were no problems with picking up the keys, even late in the day. The host was very nice and to the point. Hassle-free telephone contact. Parking closed with a barrier, the apartment is clean and super comfortable. If we are on our way again, we will definitely enjoy the hospitality again. :)))

The price is fair for what you get The private parking

Doors are squeaking like hell!!! if you go to the bathroom everybody wakes up, if you want to drink a glass of water everybody wakes up. It's not big deal if you care about your guests comfort to grease the doors with something..very cheap, but makes a GREAT DIFFERENCE! You should mention in the listing that the coffee machine works only with a specific type of coffee pads which you can buy only from big supermarkets, so if you don't know this thing you wake up in the morning and you can't use the machine with regular coffee. Very difficult for Taxi and Ubers to get to the location because it is located on a one way street with strange access so we had difficulties finding each other (we lost the first Uber because he couldn't find us)..so if you order a cab keep in touch with it, don't just wait in front of the building because he won't come. Overall it was a fair price for what we've got.
