We couldn't be happier with our decision to stay in Laura's beach bungalow. Everything was exactly as described and Laura was a very gracious host.
The bungalow was close to the baby shower we were attending (10 minute drive), just a short walk to the beach and centrally located near groceries, restaurants, and breweries. The highlight of the trip was my 3 year old granddaughter squealing with joy and doing the happy dance when she discovered the sand toys in the shed!
We would definitely stay here again.

Home is very well kept and extremely clean. Laura was very attentive and was always just a text or phone call away. People in the neighborhood were also very friendly. The house has everything you need for a getaway! The private outdoor shower was definitely a treat!

My sister lives in the area and we enjoyed this place to collect. We didn’t do this for the beach access but it is a prime location. The host was thorough, communicative, and explained the need for a short second step to complete for booking. We could socialize on the lovely patio and had all that was needed to share dinner together. Would book again!

This was such a cute place! Spent memorial day weekend here with some college friends from UCSB, we had never spent time in this neighborhood and it was so comfy, quiet, and beautiful to be located so close to the beach! This was also so well stocked, I would definitely come back and for a longer stay!

The property was beautiful inside and out. The landscaping was well done with amazing plants and flowers. Indoors, the coordinating coastal theme contributed to the feeling of a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was a dream and bathrooms were updated. The corner office was the perfect space to catch up on work. Everything was clean and well organized. I highly recommend this rental for a relaxing coastal getaway.

We stayed at the Pierpont Beach Bungalow with our niece and nephew for President’s Day Weekend. The home was perfect! Everything was extremely clean and had an awesome beach vibe decor. We loved the setup of the house, too. It felt like two separate master suites. The open floorplan allowed us to spend a lot of time hanging out and playing card games. The outdoor shower and entrance to the washroom made it easy to return from outdoor adventures.
The house has a prime location, as well. It’s set in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The beach is a 2 minute stroll. Downtown Ventura and the harbor are a 5 minute drive. Everything one might need is nearby!
Overall, our stay at the Pierpont Beach Bungalow was nothing short of exceptional. We highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a fun-filled getaway by the shore.

We loved everything about this house! Bright and comfortable with a charming yard, well-appointed kitchen, and very comfortable. Location is great, only steps from the beach and a short drive into town. Laura was an excellent host. We'll be back!

Laura continues to amaze me with her personable, kind, and generous disposition. She is the most attentive host I have ever dealt with, and staying at this home is oh so easy. My 86 yo mom is able to climb the total of two steps to get in home ( one being the “stoop” at door), and there are no tripping hazards for mobility issues. Location is super excellent, furnishings good, beds comfortable, plenty of supplies/kitchen ware, etc. Night lights, too - which is very nice when in a new setting! We will be back!

We LOVED it here. The cottage has everything you might need inside and out. Super comfy and welcoming. The outdoor space is lovely to hang out in. Nice and private w/pretty garden plantings...and close enough to the beach that you can hear the waves.

This is a lovely house and we really enjoyed our stay! Two adults and three kids ages 3-8. The house is set up perfectly and the kitchen in particular had everything we needed to prepare meals for the adults and kids. Highly recommend!

Laura is a great host and provided not only excellent real-time communication, but her instructions and agreements ticked all my boxes for things that make me feel secure and happy about renting from someone. Anyone who takes such good care for information and demonstrates reliability will get my business! Is this THE best rental I have ever stayed at? No…but I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Super clean space and easy to keep it that way. All the things you might want. We did not open shed to use any supplies there, but within the house there are more than ample needs met. The layout made it feel much larger than it is, and though we were only three adults, I could easily see up to six folks enjoying this space. The quick and easy access to a very quiet beach was super nice and what brings this home to the forefront. Late afternoon, early evening walks along the beach were fabulous. Proximity and ease of getting around the area make this home outstanding. Carport in the back lets one avoid the schoolchildren on the front facing street, and makes for a super private feeling and entrance. The exterior space is sweet, the interior, awesome - the color schemes are so relaxing and easy on the eyes. Thank you, Laura, for being such a great host!

My mother and I really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The neighborhood is really quiet and cute, and the beach is just a block away. The house itself is very clean and has everything you could need for a perfect stay. We and our dogs loved sitting on the deck in the sun, as well as exploring the neighborhood (the little village of Pierpont and Marina Park - all walkable). The owner was easy to communicate with and she obviously takes great care of this beach house. Highly recommend!

This is a very comfortable and cozy place to stay. Everything in the house is easy to find and easy to use. Laura (owner) is fantastic at comunicating and is very sweet. The house is very close to the beach and (even though it was January) we walked down to the beach (and on the beach) several times a day because it was so close. Would definitely stay here again!

Honestly, there was nothing not to like about this property. The grounds were lovely, the house was like new, warm water in the shower right away (I don't even have that in my own house), comfy beds, soft water, walking distance to beach. By far the nicest home we've rented.

Super Cozy!!!
To start off this was such an amazing time spent here. I wanted to rent a “getaway” house for my husbands birthday. I searched very carefully, and chose Laura’s house. Boy I’m SO GLAD I did!
This isn’t our first rental by far, there have been many. But this house is at the top of our list.
We loved riding the provided beach cruisers in shed and taking them down to the marina park.
Time spent at the beach was just beautiful and so close! Not super overcrowded like most beaches. Loved having some of our family over at the house this Sunday for my husbands birthday. And spending time out on the beautiful deck with all the very well thought of plants and flowers.
Anyway, if your still on the fence about renting this getaway…Do yourself a favor and rent it! You won’t be sorry!!! Till next time cozy home…Adrienne 😉
