Great location! Perfect cozy cabin for our family of 5!

Great place to stay for families. This property has a great indoor set-up and everything you might need! The location is decent not much of a yard and the home across the yard is a junk yard.

Absolutely loved it! Plenty of room in the cabin for hunters and their gear. Would highly recommend the cabin. Best experience in awhile. Good customer service is a thing of the past until you deal with the staff of Rushmore Vacation Rentals, they are awesome! Rushmore Vacation Rentals was very helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend them for the next vacation. Lee Ann was awesome to work with! Timely response when called and very helpful! Highly recommend!

Great place, great price, would stay there again if in the area. Very cozy cabin, everything was there except the food! wifi and cable were a plus and it is away from the noise of town, but close enough to get supplies quickly. Questions were answered promptly and it was good to have directions, tho gps took us there.

Spent a lovely week at Stewart’s Cabin. Cabin is conveniently located in Custer. Close to many amazing places; Mount Rushmore, crazy Horse, Wind Cave, and Custer State Park. Custer has lots of good restaurants and Mickelson Trail goes right through city.

The process was super easy. Not one single time did we need to speak with a property manager and/owner. The online process was easy, we were sent all the check in instructions by email and once we arrived at the cabin, everything was perfect. Check-out instructions are in the cabin. Perfect contactless arrangement.

It was a great location, clean and comfortable.

This property was in a great location. And close to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Mtn., and other attractions.

We enjoyed this location and the property immensely. The cabin was perfect for our needs - cozy yet plenty of room for us. We loved the construction and the finished knotty interior. Great location for spots around Custer and for a day trip up to Spearfish Canyon for waterfall hiking.

The modern conveniences but rustic feel of the cabin was very appealing and we had a great stay. The hosts were awesome and everything exceeded our expectations. Highly professional, accommodating, personal touch above and beyond!!

Time to lock the door. I know we Will be back soon. Such a well appointed home all our needs were met. From the booking to our stay here. Although, set close to the town, the home is nesseled under the hills. Peaceful and beautiful.

Stewarts cabin is very nice, all the accommodations were there. Chairs, fire tower, BBQ Grill. Lots to do in the area, never a dull moment. Lots of fun! The team was always friendly and accommodating.

Convenient to Custer, easy to find using Waze. Flawless checkin.

This vacation rental was the most stress free rental experience we have found. They did a really nice job of communicating information about our stay before, during and after our vacation. The special little touches (like the Christmas tree) made us feel at home in our 'away from home' location. We will definitely use this company in the future. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. They are available for questions or information. They left a nicely organized folder on the table that explained everything we needed to know as well as giving us information on surrounding attractions, restaurants etc. It was all very well organized. Most of all we appreciated their friendliness and commitment to providing a positive experience during our holiday.

Very nice cabin, couple notes; sleeps 7 is a bit aggegarated, has 2 beds and 4 seats around table. Had trouble w dvd player. For the rest really nice, interesting neighbours....

Everything we needed was provided other than food, Everyone we communicated with was helpful and friendly. The cabin and property were very clean and comfortable. I do not sleep well away from home and I slept great in the bed. It was so comfortable and no body aches! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area. Great location too! The website and customer service was easy, friendly and helpful.

This was a great cabin and it was in a great location. Have one suggestion the living room needs a floor lamp close to the front door the conner is very dark. Not able to read to dark.

Stuart's Cabin was the perfect place for our vacation. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It was centrally located to all the places we visited...Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Deadwood, Custer State Park, The Badlands, Devil's Tower, The Mammoth Site, Wind Cave, and Jewel Cave!

Clean and tidy. Washer and dryer was a bonus! In the small laundry room the owner had extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap and dryer sheets, lawn chairs, beach towels, and garbage bags. The kitchen was stocked in a similar fashion: coffee, filters, pam spray, salt and pepper (which we used up and then bought more for the next group), plenty of utensils and items for cooking and food prep, first aid supplies, bug spray and more. There was a basket with tons of brochures for visitors. Ceiling fans were a big help on the unusually hot days. There is no AC which really worried me as I run hot most of the time, but it really does cool way down at night - we were there during a heatwave in July, and sleeping with the windows open was just perfect. There are plenty of extra bath towels and bed linens in the bathrooms and closets. There were deer on the property most mornings and early evenings. The neighbor, Stacey, across the street and to the right was very friendly. He was not the one directly across the street with the confedrate flag and several old vehicles. -That guy was not friendly but also not a bother. Just ignore the state of his property. My only caution would be the sleeping arrangements. The owner listed them fairly, but I didn't read carefully enough. I assumed the 2 bedrooms each had a queen bed but only the master bedroom has a queen. The other has a double. It was very comfortable, but not for 2 adults. The family pullout was okay comfort-wise and really is only big enough for 1 adult. Overall, I would rent this cabin again in a heartbeat!

The cabin exceeded our expectations. Extra clean and comfortable. Nice furnishings. Everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

This was the perfect little cabin for the two of us. There were all of the amenities that we needed, and plenty of space to spread out. Technically there is room for more people but it would've felt tight for us if we'd had a group. Keep in mind that you will be in close quarters if there are more in your group than two to four people. Be aware also that the neighbors unashamedly display a confederate flag on their property, as well as lots of junk, but they were quiet and didn't bother us. Location was otherwise perfect for touring the area. We would stay here again.

Plus the grocery store is down the street with fair prices and everything you could need. The Stewarts-Cabin was the perfect fit for our family. The responsiveness was great for my early questions.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was conveniently located, with easy access to Custer Park, especially Sylvan lake. The host was quickly responsive to our needs. We will definitely stay here again if it's available when we vacation in the hills next.

Overall stay was very good, beds were ok, kitchen very good. Problems with one recliner, (foot rest was broken upon arrival), after second day black ants started showing up inside the house, everywhere.
