Good comfortable beds. Location near to town centre. Owner is very kind, gave us allot of food, milk， Bacon， eggs， even though it is not in our contract. Washing machine and kitchen is fully equipped. We have everything we needed

The fire place did not work. It just filled up with smoke when we lit it.

The property was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We had everything needed for a holiday home and location was great with an easy walk to town centre.

Being on a main road but was pleasantly surprised by the lack of road traffic noise.

No wifi provided at this property - you need to pay extra for wifi ☹️ No toiletries provided - bring your own shampoo etc. Bathroom sink was just a small handbasin - not big enough to wash your face or have a shave ☹️ A hose pipe would have been useful to be able to wash down our car.

House is really nice, very comfortable rooms and beds, slept beautifully the three nights we stayed. The in-laws loved the roses and gardens. House is well appointed. Quiet location with a nice walk to town.

The location was great

It was modern, comfortable and really spacious. A great set up for a family with large lounge room and superb fire. An extra treat was the well stocked fire pile outside. The spacious kitchen was well organised and equipped and had everything we needed.

The bedrooms could have done with some more heaters - perhaps on the wall and some basic staples in the kitchen would have been really good e.g glad wrap, sauces and oils. It would also be great to have a drying area for clothes and shoes as we were skiing each day.

- paying extra for wifi in 2022 is ridiculous, and creates an immediate negative - would be nice to have some firewood in the basket ready for use, with a full box of matches (we had 2) - some milk in the fridge would have been great to have a cuppa after a long journey, again creates an immediate negative

loved the bed configuration, very modern and plenty of seating for everyone. having two bathrooms makes a big difference. very comfortable plenty of space for our group of friends.

Beautifully presented cottage, the garden was so pretty and the lawn was so lush! We were in Wanaka for a wedding and having two bathrooms to use to get ready was a big bonus. We would recommend to others.

We didn't realise you had to pay for the wifi, being in a urban location we assumed it would be part of the rate. We had to be connected for work so that was niggly to have to sort that out.

Really gorgeous looking cottage with quick access into Wanaka. Quiet location.
