Perfettamente situato per fornire una breve passeggiata per il quartiere Admiral o Alaska Junction, hai tutti i vantaggi del vivere in città alla tua porta sul retro durante una vacanza in un quartiere caratteristico. La comunità di West Seattle offre uno stile di vita per ogni inclinazione e stile di vita. Con la sua vita notturna attiva, le attività in spiaggia e i parchi è possibile prendere in ogni attività immaginabile. Le Cascate sono a soli 45 minuti di macchina dove è possibile sciare, fare escursioni, pescare e andare in mountain bike. Prendi un taxi acqueo dalla spiaggia di Alki o con i mezzi pubblici fino al centro di Seattle, a pochi minuti di distanza. La casa è idealmente situata senza guidare troppo in profondità a West Seattle e nelle immediate vicinanze di colpire la strada e vedere i monumenti!
La casa a due piani è praticamente nuova con un open space e soffitto a volta per la zona pranzo, soggiorno e cucina per massimizzare ogni centimetro dei suoi 800 piedi quadrati. Pavimenti in doghe lavate di bianco personalizzato, piastrelle a onda e tonalità oceaniche di blu chiaro, grigio e legni danno la sensazione di visitare un cottage sulla costa.
La cucina ha controsoffitti in cemento al quarzo, elettrodomestici in acciaio e un doppio forno con una dispensa francese porta separata. Questo si apre alla zona giorno principale con un tavolo da pranzo pieghevole per 4 posti e un accogliente caminetto con bordi in legno rigenerato e TV a grande schermo. Da lì si ha una vista sbalorditiva delle montagne innevate e luci scintillanti della città .... e fuochi d'artificio al 4 °!
La camera da letto principale al 2 ° piano ha un sacco di luce con un nuovo letto queen size Memory-foam Sleep Innovations, TV e armadio. Ci sono due bagni completi con controsoffitti in quarzo, paraspruzzi in schiuma colorata con seafoam, pavimenti in piastrelle grigie ondulate perlescenti e vasche profonde. Al piano inferiore troverete uno dei due bagni e una seconda camera da letto con un murale sulla spiaggia, letto a rotelle (caratteristica del cassetto che può ospitare due sui letti singoli side-by-side quando è aperto) con accesso porta scorrevole alla veranda sul retro e cortile.
Il cortile è un paesaggio naturale di massi, erbe, fiori e palme con un sentiero tortuoso che circonda la casa.

What a perfect rental for the 3 of us. The cabana was spotless and the decor is absolutely beautiful. Check-in was seamless and the hosts were responsive to any questions.
We biked to downtown and walked to Alki Beach. Also within walking distance are a ton of restaurants, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s.
Really loved our stay here!

The cabana was outstanding. Clean, well kept, and decorated in such a fun style. Beds were comfy and cozy, and the kitchen was stocked for all of our needs. The views really are breath taking, and we didn't really hear any noise from the street. Perfect stay for our little family

We stayed here for a month in January. This is a very special small house with an amazing view of downtown Seattle and the mountains. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recomend this spot.

This is a great property! The house was perfect for my husband and I and our two small dogs. The house was clean and well stocked, fantastic location- walking distance to shops, stores, restaurants and a very quick drive to downtown Seattle. The views of the mountains and downtown are amazing. Great place to stay in West Seattle!

Great place to stay and location was perfect for us. We love the area. Close to Alki beach and not far from downtown. Very clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. You can get a nice breeze throughout the place, even in warmer days.

A very nice, comfortable Vrbo in West Seattle. Modern, up to date, and nicely located. Within walking distance to Alaska Junction and other main avenues. Very cozy with nice accents throughout. Felt like home. For instance, best bath towels I've ever had! Comfortable beds. Might be a bit crowded for over 4 -- the two of us were quite comfortable. Owners were not intrusive but ever accessible. Any questions were answered within minutes. Definitely on our list to return to on future visits to West Seattle.

This property is well maintained, bright and cheery. Views across the valley and all the way to the Cascades. Spectacular! Communication with owner was quick & easy. Washer & dryer was a convenience we had not expected. Very impressive. This unit is in the top tier of rentals of this type

We just spent 6 nights and this was a perfect spot for seeing all that the Seattle area had to offer. West Seattle shops and dining were all a long walk away (up and down those Seattle hills). Easy access to and from SeaTac airport and downtown. The place was great. Would definitely recommend and will stay there next trip if we can.

We were here to attend a family wedding with activities planned for a weekend. We extended our stay on the front end, so we wanted more space.
This house was perfect with views of the Seattle waterfront and a residential neighborhood feel.
Hoping that when W. Seattle Bridge repairs are completed, access will make this location convenient.

This adorable home was equipped with everything we needed for my family. Its location to Trader Joe's and restaurants was especially convenient. The neighborhood was peaceful. We had a beautiful view of the Seattle skyline and Mt. Ranier. I would stay here again.

We have rented the second time from this owner. The house was perfect and was well equipped for our needs. Comfortable beds , nice showers and a lovely sitting area. It was close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants. We loved the house being light inside , especially on those dark and rainy days in Seattle. We were very comfortable and will definitely stay there again in future. Thank you.
