This hotel was highly rated by my son ( he has stayed many times) .. so I booked it and was not disappointed! Also they kindly accommodated us with an earlier check in.. so nice one!!!

Could hear the shower or tub running in the room Next door…and the pet stay price was a bit steep but have to admit, glad they were pet friendly….a definite win for us

Room was spacious and comfortable with huge bathroom. Complimentary bottles of water. Room slippers were provided upon request. Location was central and walking distance to attractions

The location was central to all we wanted to see and close to any transportation we may have wanted to take. There are many food options within walking distance. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom, specifically the shower - amazing. The staff were helpful and quick to offer assistance.

Top notch location and exceptional accommodations. The front desk upgraded me to the 30th floor with a view of Pike Place Market and North Lake. Beautiful.

The valet isn’t included with the stay, and costed $58 a night.

Brunch was amazing

The people at parking dud not want to lets parks because of the Taylor swift concert....until I told them it was my Anniversary with my wife they finally agreed to let me park at the hotel.

It was beautiful. The rooms were gorgeous. I liked that you had to use your room key to go up the elevators; extra safety.

The cost of parking.

Rooms were good sized and bathroom tub was one of the best we've stayed at. Staff was friendly and helpful. Starbucks was in the building to get coffee when you wanted it.

Missed room service the first day. We missed the private toilet setup (water closet) with the toilet in the main area of the bathroom.

I expected much more for the cost of the room. our room did not have any drawers it. No place to put your clothes.

the staff was fantastic. I made an error with booking but even though it was after midnight the front desk came up with a solution and really took care of us

Room was incredible. Amazing view. Huge space. Luxurious bathroom. Huge soaking tub with a bath bomb. Cozy room in all aspects. . Amazing value. I want to stay here again and again! Will be a frequent repeat guest. 10/10 would recommend.

bed wasn’t made. didn’t clean the room after first night. couldn’t sleep well enough to get a few hours of sleep.

The room was exceptional, the room service first class, the menu met my needs and delivery was prompt. The staff was so friendly - every day as I left and returned from a harried day, they treated me as a welcome guest.All around it was great. Also, It is within walking distance of the train to the airport ($3.00 train instead of $40 taxi) plus it was near the Convention Center, good restaurants, movie houses, and the Paramount Theatre.

Clean and quiet. Friendly staff.

Couch was so uncomfortable. The constant tipping was obnoxious. We paid for a suite and valet and were expected to tip on top of the upgraded charges. We didn’t bring a lot of cash, just planned to use our card. This was super frustrating and ate up all of our cash. Also it was an added chore that got cumbersome. Ridiculous.
