Wonderful location, charming interior, very well equipped beach cottage. Property was clean and beautifully looked after. Host was really helpful and organised. We are hoping to stay there again and most certainly will be recommending it to our friends.

Perfect location right on the beach, with wonderful sea views from the back of the house and the garden. Very comfortable inside with quality furniture and fittings. Master four-poster bed was particularly comfortable. Two TVs with Netflix and Amazon Prime.
The house was ideal for a 2 night stay in Sandgate/Folkestone/Hythe.
Can't change it, but the house is right on the road, which can be busy at peak times. We didn't find that road noise was a problem inside though, and had a very good night's sleep in the master bedroom that faces the road.

Location is magnificent, cottage is beatifully fitted out, spacious and comfortable, garden is an oasis and the sea, on the days we had it, glorious.
