What a great home away from home. We traveled from NC to spend a week in the San Antonio, TX (GAPNA conference downtown Marriot for work). The home was in a quiet neighborhood and close to whatever you may need. We were a short drive to all of the local sightseeing areas, easy access to downtown for the conference. The host was fantastic, he answered any questions that came up (very few were needed). The home was an oasis! I would recommend this home And host and rate 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location was good, the property was nice, especially tha back yard patio/pool area. My Army buddies and I are old farts, so we didnt do anything but sit around and talk about old times, but it was a perfect weekend.

We stayed here for our son’s BMT graduation. It was perfect. We enjoyed the pool and time with family. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very spacious and comfy. Our airman loved the backyard to relax and just chill…. Great distance to everything and felt safe. Loved the door would automatically lock. Communication was great and made us feel right at home.

First off looks can be deceiving. The outside does not reflect the inside and backyard. The house was perfect for my family. We loved hanging out in the backyard suggestion up grade the pool toys. A lot were ripped raft had a whole. The property management responded quickly to our texts. Might need to update the batteries in the remotes around the house. Another suggestion would be to move all the bath and pool towels to the hall closet instead of behind the door in the master bedroom. I felt silly reaching out saying there was no towels even when we checked the room but did not look behind the door. The location was great did not take long to get to the base. Overall enjoyable stay thank you

This house was perfect for our family. House was well equipped with everything we needed. I think the only thing it could use is a bigger coffee pot or kuerig. However that wouldn’t make us not book here again. The host was quick to respond to our questions and accommodated our request for an earlier check in. Our kids wanted to leave Fiesta Texas to go back to house for the swimming pool. We really enjoyed this house and especially the backyard. Great home!!

We reserved for my daughters graduation for Air Force Boot Camp. As we arrived a little early, the owner had no problem with checking us in. At that point we found out the hot tub was on the fritz, but they had already taken measures to replace it as fast as possible. The owner was completely accommodating. The house had everything we needed. The location was perfect for what we needed to do at the Air Force Base. It also wasn’t far from the river run. We had a super time staying at this location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had 5 adults and 2 children. The weather for the pool was a little cool but we still utilized it and the hot tub. There was an ample amount of towels for bath and pool. Everything was in great working condition and very clean. Check in was easy. Would definitely refer a friend and return again. The property was exactly as described. We stayed 4 nights for our sons BMT graduation. The house was very clean and even had laundry detergent and fabric softener for the washer and dryer. Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub. We were close enough to Lackland that we ended up hanging out at the house playing board games and barbecuing when our son had town pass. The beds are really comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook with. All 4 of our kiddos really enjoyed playing the simpsons arcade game together. We have new amazing memories to keep us going until we get more time with our oldest. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

We went there for our daughters graduation from AF BMT.
This place was absolutely perfect for that! 15 min drive to Lackland. Gave her a place to chill and relax and hang by the pool. Rooms are spacious with nice sheets and pillows. Could not have asked for more.
This house would also be the perfect getaway if you just need to escape and relax. Communication with host was spot on and he replied quickly and accurately. Have never stayed anywhere that was this clean.

We visited San Antonio for the first time. Since some of us are gluten intolerant we wanted to be able to make our own food.
We also wanted a house with a pool and privacy. This house provided that. The pool and hot tub were meticulously cared for by the pool service personnel who came before our stay and midway through it. The house was very clean and well equipped. The gas grill was clean and worked great. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. Parking was not a problem as it has its own driveway. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The house even had some unexpected entertainment from nature as there was a cardinal that kept flying into the kitchen window. He never seemed to get hurt and there was no nest nearby. He did it 4 or 5 times a day. It was rather comical to watch. Our only suggestion would be for updated linens, towels and pillows. The host John was quick to respond to any communication I had with him. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again.
