They didn't want to clean the rooms customer service was disrespectful nor wanted to grant to the service that was offered after signs was posted for room service

Love how clean this property is and also the service they provide. Didn’t expect to room to be as big as it is. Will be back to one of this properties for sure.

The room was a nice size for the family and the roll out bed was comfortable and the kitchen was unexpected and came in handy

The only thing that wasn’t up to par was the shower head was crusty from hard water and the water pressure was too low

Price is a little out of my budget for one night stay.

They lay out was good. It was very clean and welcoming. We were greeted upon walking in the door and offered the things that we may have needed instead of having to ask later. Breakfast was amazing. Jacob was very attentive and worked very hard. Even when one staff member wasn't able to assist me with something, just him asking how was everything, led to him getting me the one thing I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure that guest were ok all while keeping things clean and neat. It was cool watching him work the room. He was amazing.

I think the only complaint would be the temperature of the tbe pool, but hey. It's an indoor pool.

Jessica, the receptionist, was very very,very helpful. She earn a 100% in customer service. Breakfast was Good. Room was very clean. Lobby is bigger than expected. Very good coffee. THANK YOU

I didn't like it was sold out for the next day, but I understand that having very good service everyone is willing to stay here and Iam happy for that.

I wish the janitor came like 10 o’clock so we had room clean.
