This home is beautiful. Everything was as advertised. We kept a boat at the dock all week. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. We highly recommend this home.

Nicevilla was amazing!! We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. February Point is the best, centrally located property and can’t recommend it enough. It was so nice having the dock, so we could rent a boat and keep overnight. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Sasha and Samantha were also great to work with on house and grocery needs! We had the best time and hope to return soon.

We were highly impressed with Nicevilla and the responsiveness from Jim & Kim. The excitement of stepping inside this gorgeous home and the breathtaking views from the front door and from every balcony made our vacation so enjoyable. Neighbouring properties were quiet and respectful. Having the dock allowed us to keep our boat rental overnight along with delivery and pick up directly from the villa. If you are considering this location don't hesitate! Book it!! We are SO happy we did.

We loved and enjoyed our stay at February Point last week. The house was actually prettier in person then the pictures show. Location was great and having a private boat dock was key for us. The only down side would be going several hours and even overnight without power. I was unaware that this could or would happen frequently… I would just suggest battery operated fans and flashlights. We made the most of that night and it could have been worse. Sasha was great during that time and helped as much as she could. All in all it was a great house and we would definitely go back.

Had a wonderful time in the Exumas and Nicevilla! If you are thinking about booking this property dont even hesitate. The hosts are very helpful, the place is nice and clean and well located. The Exumas has the most beautiful waters in the world.

Everything was as described. Clean and convenient . Water pressure was not great but that is Island life👍.

Nice Villa was the perfect place to stay! Location was very convenient to the market, restaurants, and to be right on the water made it very easy to have a boat. By boat it was just a short boat ride to Stocking Island. We were so appreciative of the security staff that made us feel very safe. I was so impressed that they walked around at night checking on the property and they always had a friendly wave as we entered and exited the property. We felt comfortable with our children being outside playing and walking back and forth to the beach and pool. The Villa was very clean and much more than we had really expected! It was very comfortable, spacious, perfect for our large family. The pictures don’t do it justice! Perfect stay for our family. Thank you so much Jim and Kim!

This is our second stay at this property and we just love the location which is close to town and Stocking Island. The house is right on the water with a dock and has beautiful views of the surrounding water.

Great property Great location!

We had a fabulous two weeks at Nice Villa. We had friends with us the first week and they definitely will be back. It is so nice to have the three ensuite bedrooms/baths, so everyone had their own space. Family with us the second week and additional family rented another villa. Nice Villa was very well stocked for kitchen supplies for preparing all meals. The villa was spotless when we arrived, plenty of towels, beach towels and the beds were very comfortable. The open living and dining room area was great for gathering. The views are absolutely spectacular from every window in the villa. We enjoyed watching the sea turtles from the dock and the occasional shark! Just a short walk to the pool and Rusty Anchor Restaurant that has the best conch fritters. We rented a boat from Minn's for a few days and visited all of the great spots. The guys had a great time fishing off the islands we visited. This is our 6th visit to Exuma and our second staying at FB. We will definitely be back!

Seamless booking. Check in was smooth and non contact. Everything was beautiful and described accurately. Home was clean and updated. The location was absolutely perfect, gated community near Georgetown. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. We’re already planning out next visit.

February Pointe is an awesome neighborhood and this unit was perfect for us. Dock is only steps away and the view is incredible especially from the Master Bedroom in bot directions!

We enjoyed our stay at Nice Villa so much! We appreciated the separate AC units for each floor so each of us could set the temperature we were most comfortable with. The views from the balconies are amazing and location to the Beach Club was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this property and February Point!

We just returned from a week stay with family at Nicevilla. This was out first trip to Exuma and it did not disappoint. We love being on the water exploring islands, beaches, reefs and sandbars, and the Exumas are a prime spot it. The villa was the perfect set up with an open floorplan on the first floor for gathering, large porch overlooking the water and small marina, and bedrooms (each with private baths) on the second and third floor. The third floor with private master was huge and had a spacious bathroom and private balcony overlooking the water. The property was well equipped and the kitchen well stocked for preparing meals. We rented a boat for the week, so the dock was a key piece to our trip. The dock was also a gathering place for turtles, and the occasional nurse shark. Our kids had a blast swimming with the turtles off the back of the boat, and by the end of the week had names for all the turtles! The property is in a great location as well--we were a 5 minute drive to the grocery/liquor store and other restaurants in shops in Georgetown. The villa was a minute walk to the pool/beach club and we enjoyed several meals at the Rusty Anchor. The owners were very helpful and responsive to questions when we booked and as we prepared for the trip. We also had a local contact that provide recommendations on restaurants, caterers, and tour guides. Thanks for an amazing week!

Great rental! So much space! The house was very clean and well appointed. We loved the views of the water from the balcony. It is so close to the beach club which was great for the end of the day to enjoy the pool and an easy dinner at The Rusty Anchor. Close to the market and lots of good spots to eat meals out. Close to the water taxi to Stocking Island as well. We were so happy with our stay here and would certainly stay here again!

The rental was great for my family. 4 adults and two kids. Great layout, well stocked, and super clean. Could not have asked for a better place.

We loved the close proximity to town and being able to explore the island but also have a great pool and beach for the days we needed to rest from a more active day. Very responsive owner and house manager and the kitchen was well stocked unexpected extras as well as all we needed to cook meals. Would definitely stay there again.

I don’t know where to begin to describe our vacation, so I will focus on the property. I have been going to the Bahamas for many years and construction and maintenance has alway been “challenging”. Nice Villa (and Feb Point) has carved out accommodations that are nearly impossible to pull off in the Bahamas. EVERY THING WORKED! THE view from the master bed was breathtaking. We had laundry, beer fridge, and all appointed as promised. All the spices for cooking and starter soaps and paper products were perfect to get us going. There are several lots in the development “in process”, but after a day out and about, what a treat to come home to Nice Villa. The house had small nuances that were driven by the Bahamas like the fact the water on the island turns off at 10PM, but the owners gave us great head’s up on that and what a GREAT treat to have a water cooler! (Bahamas water is safe to drink, but not too tasty). Owners also gave a phenomenal cheat sheet with best practice tips and contact information on island. The vacation was an adventure, do your research on what to expect in Exuma. You are OUT THERE and that is what made it amazing. The communication and host and local manager were helpful and prompt. We had the opportunity to tour the 4 adjacent properties and this one was by far the best. We cannot wait to schedule our next visit back to this property. If you are on the fence, don’t miss this gem, we have traveled ALOT, this place took our breath away. JB

We've stayed here every time we have come to George Town. 3 or 4 times. Always clean and a lovely place to stay!

We were so sad to leave this beautiful house and beautiful island. The house comes with a dock that is very protected so easy to dock a rental boat. The views from the bedrooms and main floor are unbelievable with the bluest water everywhere you look. The wifi worked great along with everything else in the house. The restaurant and pool and beach area in February Point is 5 houses down so an easy quick walk. Georgetown is right around the corner by boat or car and the restaurants on Stocking Island across Elizabeth Harbour are a 10 minute boat ride away. You can cut through Crab Cay on a rental boat and be at the sand bar and Blu on the Water restaurant in 15 minutes. Just the perfect location all around. We will definitely be back!

NiceVilla is a great location. So close to Georgetown and roughly in the middle of Exuma. Nothing is far. February point is a great resort area. House has all you need. Only comment, there are times of the day the house will have little to no water pressure. Apparently this problem is known and beyond the control of the home owner.

I thought the home was beautiful with great pool and restaurant. It was also nice to have tennis courts on premise. I would highly recommend this Villa.

Great property in great location. House had resort property provided everything need for a relaxing vacation. One recommendation is letting customers know that some supplies, toilet paper and trash bags, are not supplied in quantities to last more than a couple of days so either have a restocking option or knowledge up front when do they can be picked up when shopping. Overall highly recommended property.
