The location and the politeness of the night supervisor was the only things I found pleasant about this significantly bad experience.

I have travelled for years and stayed in many hotels . this was the worst really poor experience I have ever had! i arrived an hour before the office was listed to be closed and was told that I could not get into my room because the manager had left an hour early for the day and had not left a key for me to get in. This was extremely poor service! Buyer veware, you may not get in even if you arrive before office listed closing time and they will still take your money for the night even if you are denied access to your room. trying to get that money refunded is still an ongoing process a week later!

Room was decorated nicely and AC worked well. Bed was comfortable

Room was very messy, food in cupboards. No toilet paper. My room key wouldn't let me back in my room one night. had to climb through window that has no lock.

Price is reasonable.

Need more staff to help maintain rooms
