The room was very nice. The lady at the front desk was great and very helpful. I can't remember her name now, but she was working Saturday, March 30th at 11am.
Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8am and then again at like 1030. We got there late the night before and were only there 1 night, there was no reason to bang on our twice, but especially not that early!

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and my kids had loads of fun swimming.
The beds were not comfortable unfortunately. A topper would have made a huge difference.
