This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The lobby and rooms were nicely decorated, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept on in any hotel. The room was quiet except when guests were talking in the hall. Every staff member went out of their way to fulfill any request cheerfully. And the breakfast buffet was great. We will definitely stay there again.

No place to hang in lobby, receptionist said they had to close lobby at 9:30. We just wanted to watch a ballgame with our sports team. We were not loud at all. Actually very quiet. Not a good place to visit with a group.

It was limited, not a full menu as we expected, that was disappointing; all they had were packaged bake goods, hard boiled eggs, frozen b'fast sandwiches, etc. Not at all what we expected.

room had a faint stale odor; it didn't smell like a clean room. The Hotel was a bit outdated, not very bright or welcoming, even the staff was a bit sterile, a gloomy hotel.

Close to the airport. There is a shuttle which we needed.

Unpleasant desk staff upon check in. Room was right next to elevators -sided to elevator. Room had a weird, off putting smell. Not updated in a long time. Not a good experience at all. When leaving in the am, the desk staff didn’t even walk out of the back office. Weird experience. Some person was even sleeping in the Libby on the sofa! Not what I expected closing out our trip. Stay somewhere else!

There was not a buffet breakfast as advertised. Cold cereal and microwave biscuits. The toilet seat was broken. None of the Ice machines were working. Signs posted masks for public areas. Staff and most guest were not wearing masks in public areas. Kids running the halls until after midnight.

Clean

A. I got a bucket with ice and alot of already. OK this happens but I tried to tell 2 front desk personnel and they snipped my head off. Worse they did nothing about it, like a simple sign "out of order" but finally the next afternoon someone was trying to fix it. B. They sent my receipt of payment for 165.18 however it hit my bank at 211.00. They told me this is an incidental charge of an extra 42.00 plus dollars for incidentals......not happy at all with this practice, I expect on my receipt to let me know exactly what is being taken out of my account! I guess someone will decide how much they may keep????
