I liked the accessibility of the location of this hotel

They don’t have an elevator

It's been more than two weeks after the lockdown and ECQ but I haven't get my 4days refund yet. Been calling booking.com they said I should call the hotel. When I called the hotel they said booking is responsible. In this challenging time, can you still do that to your customers? I paid in full in cash when I checked in, how come that I haven't had my refund yet for more than 2weeks already? Jesus!!! It's still 4thou plus and we badly needed in this time!

Wifi is fast. Netflix (your own account of course). Comfy bed. Clean room. Good location to the airport and malls.

The Reddoorz customer support is SO HARD TO DEAL WITH. Avoid them if you can. They don't reply here in booking nor reply to your email. Bathroom too small. The distance from the toilet to the wall is so small you can barely pass through. Bathroom noise from the water pipes (i have to close the water valve to stop the noise). Clogged water drain so our bathroom floors are always wet ( i have to clean it myself to fix it). No elevator.
