Appartato e privato, boscosa 4 acri di proprietà montagna. SunRaven è riposante e silenziosa, ma per il suono degli uccelli al mattino e le dolci venti nel torreggiante abete, rovere e corbezzolo foresta.
La SunRaven villa 1.500 piedi quadrati è stato ristrutturato con gusto nel 2015 e dispone di tre ampie camere da letto, ognuna con letto matrimoniale. Una camera da letto - 'stanza loft' - ha anche un soppalco (7 piedi su una scala), con un parco giochi e un ulteriore materasso matrimoniale, ideale per i bambini. Un ampio bagno, illuminato dal sole ha una grande doccia, cabina. E si può preparare i pasti nella ben attrezzata, cucina o fuoco il barbecue sul balcone.
Il nostro balcone di 60 piedi esposto a sud è pieno di sole dall'alba al tramonto e offre viste mozzafiato sull'oceano delle isole del Golfo e sulle montagne olimpioniche innevate. Si può trascorrere la giornata con un buon libro, o semplicemente guardare le correnti di marea dell'oceano, il passaggio di barche a vela e traghetti, e le tinte mutevoli del vento sull'acqua.
La nostra piscina interrata con il suo ampio prendisole è aperta da giugno a settembre. O goditi una passeggiata attraverso la nostra collina boscosa. Per i bambini c'è una tenda nel bosco ... vedi se riesci a trovarla!
Quando sei pronto, Pender Island offre gallerie d'arte, bistrot e ristoranti, golf e golf del disco. O riserve naturali, spiagge deserte e sentieri escursionistici forestali. 5 of us came over for a disc golf tournament on Pender Island and stayed at Stephen's beautiful home. It was clean, spacious and peaceful. The home has stunning artwork and comfortable furnishings throughout. The kitchen was very well appointed and the view was incredible. It really feels like a home and Stephen was a kind and accommodating host. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting to check out Pender Island.

It was a hot week during our stay! Pool was refreshing and the cool breeze at night was awesome. Property has an amazing ocean view from balcony, to watch the ferry boats come in. Great place for morning coffee and to star gaze at night.

Stephen treats each stay like it is a precious vacation for his guests. The home could not be better cared for nor could his guests. The view can not be beat.

It was a family mini vacation. Grandparents, parents, and two children. Loved the swimming pool, it was a huge bonus on the hot afternoons after returning from exploring the island. Lots of space and well appointed. Awesome view of the water, great location. Stephen the host was on site and very friendly and responsive.

One again we had an amazing stay. We have stayed with Steve for three years in a row and he is such a graceful host and the house and view is as beautiful as the first time we saw it!

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Steve's property. I was hoping to show my parents - who were visiting BC from the UK - a true Gulf Islands experience, and this didn't disappoint!
Steve's place is absolutely beautiful with stunning views out over the ocean, and gorgeous artwork spread throughout the property. Steve himself was great - on hand to greet us when we arrived and happy to promptly answer any questions we had.
We had planned to go out for dinner on the second evening but after seeing the property, we decided to maximise our time there and stayed in, cooked dinner at home, played board games and then sat out on the balcony looking up at the spectacular night sky.
A wonderful stay, our only regret was that we didn't book for longer!

We couldn't have asked for more during our stay at Steve's place. Steve was such a welcoming and helpful host. The private pool was warm and was an amazing place to swim with my family! The kitchen is huge and well appointed, with brand new appliances and a fantastic BBQ. The views were spectacular and the home had a ton of space. We will definitely be back!

Steve’s home is a treasure. Gorgeous views, solid structure, decorated with personality and wonderful, wonderful art. Very clean throughout. Our group had 2 toddlers and 2 infants and they (and all their antics) were welcomed. We slept soundly. Enjoyed the pool immensely - clean and well balanced chemicals. We used it daily. Would love to stay again. Thanks Steve!

Couldn’t have asked for a better secluded gorgeous home and setting. Stephan was a great host knowledgeable and caring to our needs. The house was gorgeous and the pool was beautiful and private. 7 nights of bliss and peacefulness. Deer roamed in and out morning and dusk the view of the otter bay was perfection. There is a little tree house about 30 feet high we all enjoyed which was unexpected; saw a pod of orcas from the deck. All needs were close by within 10 minutes Linens were great, everything you could need was there. What an amazing trip. Thank you Steve likely to stay again

So wonderful once again!
This is our second year staying with Steve at SunRaven and we have already booked for next summer. Steve is so welcoming and helpful and place is so beautiful, clean, and fun. It has been maintained beautifully and feels like a home away from home! Our only regret was having to leave. Can't wait until next year already.

What a great location, home is beautiful and has everything you need. The views from every window are amazing. We saw wales from the deck. Steve is a great host and will make sure you are happy.

Beautiful views of the forest and ocean. Inside the home: Beautiful views of art-filled walls.
The large, lovely kitchen was a wonderful spot to congregate while the cook was cooking. Our kids loved the board games and cozy fire.

Stuck on an island without a locked door!
The view of the property is amazing but the home was full of bugs in the kids bedroom, kitchen and living room. The host did not provide a key for the front door lock so we weren’t able to leave the home with our belongings protected.

Gorgeous Quality Spacious Home with Stupendous View
Steve the host is a lovely man with a passion for people and art, which is evident throughout his many pieces of artwork throughout his tastefully appointed home. The pool is the icing on the cake, as well as the house’s spacious deck in which to stare at the view. 2 minute drive to the ferry and only minutes drive about the island for restaurants and shops.

One of the Best Views on the Island
The home was fabulous. There was a beautiful and luxurious kitchen, dining room with a huge table and lovely living room with a wood burning stove. It wasn't cool enough to use the stove while we were there. Our host, Steve, was very attentive when we needed any assistance which was rare and everything is provided. I would highly recommend his home to anyone and would not hesitate to book it again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. The tweens/teens enjoyed the pool and we loved to sit on the balcony and enjoy the amazing view of the water. Steve was a fantastic host!

Everything we hoped for and more!
This was by far the best vacation rental by owners experience we have every had and we have done many before in other places. Stephen was so helpful before, during and even after our stay (our ferry was cancelled). The photos of his home do not do it justice, the art work was beautiful, the view was amazing, the kitchen was wonderful, the beds very comfortable, the shower was great, and it was incredible to have access to a private pool and acres of forest to explore. Pender Island is just a magical place to visit with all kinds of things to discover in every turn and corner. We hope to be back next summer!

SunRaven is a magical property. It is spacious, private and peaceful, a real sanctuary. The house has been wonderfully updated by the owner, and the pool is a tremendous bonus. The views are fantastic. The solar heating for the pool and solar PV for the house are impressive features - there was a power failure on the island while we were there but it did not bother us! The owner/host is very gracious and helpful.

Beautiful property, gorgeous view, and amazing pool. Property owner lives underneath the suite, which was not stated in the listing. Initially Stephen was very friendly, however, he entered the property several times unannounced and was hostile and unreasonable with our group. He had concerns that we were damaging his floors, stating "you've been moving furniture for hours". When were were in the pool all day and had just come up to the suite. We are still confused and in disbelief over this statement as it simply didn't happen. His floors and the integrity of his home was left in perfect condition. Our stay was during the heat wave and this behaviour may be uncharacteristic of him. Nonetheless, we felt disrespected and it effected the quality of our stay. We were a group of 30-something, professionals, and mothers, and if this if your demographic this may not be the place for you.

We had to great holiday staying in this very well appointed and gorgeously decorated home. We got so relaxed here it was sad to go. It's easy to communicate with the host, Steve. Who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We will be back! The Bennett's
