Art was easy to work with and our 2 month stay was fabulous. We learned to use the MTS bus and trolley system get around. Very nice and would do this again.

We had a great stay, Art was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. Residence was spotless and very well furnished. Any issues were met positively and quickly. Will be going back in 6 months for another stay.

Been staying at this property for several years, clean and well maintained.

The property was in a great location, a couple blocks from the beach. Very clean and modern. The kitchen was well equipped with pretty much everything you can think of. The Wi-Fi and cable was a definite plus. The most useful thing was the washer and dryer! With daily trips to the beach and kids, it came in handy. The neighborhood was great and the neighbors friendly. The owner was very kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is in a very good location, 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and easy walking distance to cafes, coffee shops, and ice cream stores. The apartment is well set up and everything worked just fine. I had a couple of minor special requests and the owner responded positively and quickly. And my chihuahua liked it, too! The owner's description is perfectly accurate and I would recommend the rental.

No complaints. Walking distance to the beach and pier. Close to restaurants and a short easy drive to Coronado Island. Art Dale answers his phone so any questions are answered immediately. Would stay there again.

Perfect location, easy rental, great assistance from landlord, simple check-in and check-out, apartment just as seen in the pictures. Well equipped kitchen. This place is exactly as described! It has everything you need to make it your home plus more! Art, the owner is very nice, accommodating and attentive to the renter's needs! If you have any issues, he addresses them promptly! The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need to cook! It comes with wifi, cable, home phone, hula hoops and boogie boards if that is your thing! The neighborhood is nice! Only a short walk to the beach and much more! Stayed here for 4 months and did not want to leave! I highly recommend this place and doing business with Art the owner! Thanks for everything Art!

We went to Imperial Beach for the cool air. We got it. The beach apartment was 2 blocks to the sand and we were able to see the fourth of July fireworks and the sand sculpture contest without having to look for parking. The farmer's market was nice. The beach house was clean and I liked the way it was decorated.

Thank you for a great experience. We fully enjoyed our stay in Imperial Beach. The Condo was very well equipped and comfortable. Imperial Beach has small town feel and people were very friendly and helpful. It was only a short walk to the beach and shops. It was far enough away from large city to not be overwhelmed by traffic but yet close enough and easy to go in to San Diego which has numerous attractions. We had a dog and found dog friendly beach areas and daycare close by.

Walk to the beach every morning and to the pier every sunset. This place had everything. We also could walk to great little cafes, check out Katy s Cafe. Imperial Beach has many activities in July and August. We loved the sand castle competition, July 4th fireworks, and the dog surfing was a blast. The owner was always accessible but gave us out privacy. The apartment was fully supplied with linens, pots and pans and a comfortable bed. We would definitely return!

We loved staying here. Wish we had booked earlier so we could of had the next month as well. It was so close to the beach, about a block. Sea coast drive is also a block- with resturants, convenient stores, and a farmers market on Fridays. It is a " chill" beach and never over crowded. Drive Inn is about a mile away, straight drive to I-5. The apartment was nicely decorated with a nice kitchen and nice bathroom. Bedroom has tv, direct tv (like living room) , nice bedding, and a washer and dryer unit in closet. The other closet in bedroom is large with storage built in and hanging rack. Towels and wash rags were provided as well as a full equipped kitchen with dishwasherLooks professionally decorated. Had an assigned parking space. Felt safe in apartment complex( we are from North Dakota and were pretty scared when we arrived in the night). Love this place and hope to come back next summer. Owner answered all questions.

We stayed in this apartment for a month visiting family in San Diego and enjoying the holidays. This place was perfect because it was close to our family but it was literally two blocks from the beach. We could walk to the beach where you could get coffee and food as there where several little restaurants. The apartment was very nice, just like the pictures. It had all the amenities such as wifi, direct tv. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and people where nice. The owners was very easy to communicate with, was fast to answer. Overall a great experience, will stay here in a future vacation. This place has assigned parking but if you have an additional car and park on the street make sure is not sweep day!

Where to start? My wife and I stayed here for two months after we sold our home. I am being completely honest when I say that there wasn't a thing we didn't enjoy about this place. The condo is great, and they took the time to set it up with everything that you would normally have at your own house. It was a huge plus that we had a highly usable kitchen because we enjoy cooking. Most rentals like this don't have the amenities that this one does. The neighbors were all pleasant and friendly. This area is nice and quiet at night. Being close to the ocean at such a great price was incredible. I really enjoyed jogging by the ocean every day and walking to breakfast on the weekends. We have moved to the east coast, but if we ever take a vacation to San Diego this will be where we stay. If you're looking for a nice quiet place to relax and enjoy a laid back atmosphere look no further.
