Ft. casa situata a soli 85 passi dall'accesso alla spiaggia di Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach, Carolina del Sud. 8 camere da letto (2 w / Queens, 6 w / swing-re, piscina, mobili da piscina, vasca idromassaggio, tavolo da picnic 8 ', grill a gas, 2 suite matrimoniali con vasca idromassaggio. 10 TV con 7 lettori DVD e WIFI. Il piano principale dispone di TV da 50 'con ampio schermo e audio surround con compatibilità iPod, ampio spazio per grandi riunioni / pasti, una sala giochi con tavolo da biliardo Brunswick e lavanderia con W & D. House dispone di 6 ampi balconi con sedie che hanno tutte un'eccellente vista sull'oceano. Parcheggio per almeno 6 veicoli. Parcheggio coperto per 3. Doccia esterna. La cucina è ben attrezzata con 2 frigoriferi, 1 caffettiera, 1 keurig, 2 pentole, 2 piastre elettriche, 2 tostapane e pentole sufficienti per preparare i pasti per una folla. La casa è molto sicura con gli sprinkler, i rilevatori di fumo e gli estintori di ogni livello. Anche la strada è tranquilla e sicura e ha pochissimo traffico. Perfetto per GOLFERI, FAMIGLIE E GRANDI GRUPPI !!

The property was exactly as listed and very spacious for my family of 15. My only suggestion would be to provide one additional bathroom towel per person and 3-4 extra kitchen towels. I would definitely return to this property -just across Ocean Blvd from the beach with a great pool to cool off, hot tub if desired and a wonderful outdoor conversation area below the house. Thank you for allowing us to utilize your home!!

Great vacation property for large families! The home was spacious, clean and included many amenities that entertained our large family with multi-aged children. The owner was quick to respond to any question or concern we had prior to and during our stay making sure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The property looked great in pictures- but; in person, it was perfection! It was spotless! It was beautiful and plenty of seating for conversations. We loved the indoor AND outdoor spaces! The owners were the BEST to work with. Responded within a few minutes with questions. The kitchen was stocked better than mine at home! This place is definitely 5 stars!

Host was out to get our group from the beginning, charged us for damages we were not responsible for and failed to charge insurance we paid for.

Our group of 8 golfers really enjoyed our weekend. The house is well-appointed and clean. Several great golf courses are nearby, and it’s less than 100 yards to the beach for some post-round relaxation. The area under the house doesn’t look all that special in the pictures, but it was one of our favorite spots to congregate.

We had a family wedding in NMB and the house was just perfect. Susan, host, was fantastic with communication, check in, check out process etc.. Everyone loved the hot tub and pool. All bedrooms were clean, and spacious. Kitchen was great. Two refrigerators was a plus. I would highly recommend any large family, friend group to stay here!

Overall the home was roomy and very comfortable for my entire family. We had a beautiful time while in the house, and with the beach being right across the street made it an awesome stay. We will definitely rent again!

Susan was easy to reach and very responsive both before and during our stay. The home was reflective of the pictures. The proximity to the beach is perfect and within eye view of the front balcony. The only things that could have been better is that we experienced internet outage for a day of our trip. Susan did communicate with us about it and worked to get it resolved. The location is a little bit further from the "city center" and the neighborhood was a bit quiet during our trip. Overall, I would recommend staying at this property, and would also consider staying again.

Our stay was enjoyable. The property was centrally located to all the activities we booked. Susan is gem! She went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Would definitely book the property again.

Our family group loved the house. We took full advantage of everything available. We cooked all meals in for 13 people. The kitchen is well equipped but showing considerable wear and tear. The pots and pans could use some updating. We would definitely come back and highly recommend the property. Pool table, Hot tub and pool used daily by entire group. Furniture in excellent condition and we loved the fact that the living area was all on on main floor and bedrooms on floors 2 and 3. Communication with property manager was excellent. Keyless check in a plus.

Nice, convenient location. Room for everyone.
We enjoyed a great week with family.
Only hiccups were the battery on the keyless door died, and we had to wait to get in, and the oven cooked really slowly .
Overall, we would go back. Owner was quick to respond to our needs.

Great home for a large group
We had 16 people in our group. The house was accurate to the online pics and description. The house had ample space for everyone to enjoy themselves. We were a 2 minute walk from the beach.

We were here for a golf trip and it was a phenomenal experience with his house. Great location, house was very clean and full of everything we needed. We'll rent it again next time we are in Myrtle Beach.
