Ubicación estratégica tanto para salir a caminar como para tomar algún medio de transporte
Instalaciones viejas y mal mantenidas (con goteras y artefactos de cocina rotos). Recibimos el apartamento sucio. Las habitaciones incómodas, sin armarios o roperos apropiados, no tienen ningún tipo de privacidad.

Fab location, so close to everything. Huge rooms plenty of space.
My only little thing is that we only had one set of keys - if we stayed longer, I would have liked a 2nd set to share among the adults.

Excellent location, right opposite the Ritz Carlton, walking distance to the main attractions. Easy acces to tram and the metro.
The kitchen could have been a bit better managed, rest all was great.

Parking is very difficult.

Central location, very close to public transport. Host was quick to respond and it was easy to arrange a time to collect the keys. The apartment is very spacious and had 3 separate bedrooms (one in the living/dining room).
Light noise from the busy street. Apartment is old, window handles are very loose and the bathroom needs renovation. There is no shower curtain so water splashes onto the toilet and the bathroom tiles surrounding the bathtub, making them very slippery! The bathmat once wet had a damp mildew smell. There is a separate toilet with a leaking sink with a perpetual mildew smell. We also saw a couple of cockroaches.

The location was brilliant as we were central for everything but it was very noisy with traffic all through the night.

Location
Hygiene VERY BAD, dirty, broken and old. Body hair all over bedsheets that were used by someone else before us. Extremelly dirty bathroom and linen, old furniture, host not answering messages and city tax receipt cannot be received but host took money.
Host left us on SEEN and sent person to clean for other guests half an hour before checkout time. One night stay hygienic horror.
Sauna unusable - dirty, mouldy.
Very rude personel.

it was very spacious
it’s very tired needs a make over. Not everything’ is in the property what’s listed. kitchen needs new cups glasses toaster etc. had an issue and couldn’t get in contact with the owner on some issues. it’s very noisy especially the traffic. main door heavy and hanging off which I told the owner. had no response only the day I left and asked to give a maximum off 10 points. the stay is only worth 2 points. wasn’t very clean especially and wouldn’t eat in there

The location was fantastic, central, next to a supermarket, food, bus and metro stations (all within a few minutes’ walk).
The host Tamas was very kind to arrange transport for us from the train station and to meet us at the accommodation to check us in.
The apartment is very spacious, proper beds for 5 people (no sofa bed), and the heating was good.
The apartment is a little dated.

The appartment is perfectly located in the center of Budapest. Lots of facilites : netflix, washing machine, sauna etc... Excellent communication with the owner, very nice and friendly.
More recent equipements (particularly in the kitchen) would be perfect !

Good locatuon, nice apartament In the center. Good contact with owner. I recommended this lovly place.We want back to this apartament.

Perfect for a group of friends. Just a few steps away from the subway as well as plenty of pubs and restaurants.
The apartment itself is very big and quite comfortable.

Great place in the center of the town. It was directly next to the subway and tram stop.
Only small traffic noise but really acceptable.
