We very much enjoyed our stay at Music City Lofts. If you're looking for a stay close to many of the standard Nashville attractions, this property is perfect. We walked to almost everything we wanted to see and do, from great restaurants and shops, to lively bars and establishments in Downtown and Broadway. We saved a ton of money on rideshares. The only potential negative... it was loud. BUT... we knew that before we booked the place because of the honest listing, and entered into the booking willingly. I was prepared with three portable white noise machines, one for each main room, and the property managers graciously provided earplugs. The white noise machines drowned almost all the exterior noise, so we were able to get some decent sleep.
If you need complete peace and quiet, this property is probably not for you. But... if you don't mind outside noise and love to be close to all the best of Downtown Nashville, this loft is an excellent choice. It was very well appointed... had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Building is very secure, which we appreciated. Communication with property staff was extremely responsive.

We were in Nashville for the NHL draft. The loft was great for a family of 4 and the location could not be beat - walkable to everything. Would for sure stay again.

The location was so great, just 2 blocks to broadway, the Ryman was even closer. Printers Alley right behind us with amazing hotdogs for midnight snack!

Very good proximity for access to local fare - Broadway and in our case, the stadium concert venue. Noisy - both internal building/unit noise transfer and from exterior; above printers row alley. Cleanliness of bedding lacking, kitchen in need of some minor maintenance/care.

We found the property to be just as promised. It was clean, easily accessible, with parking very nearby. Just a quick walk down the hill brought us to Broadway, and all of its excitement and entertainment. Also, Printers Alley was right behind us! Only had to drive once, and that was to the Grand Ole Opry. Everything else we did was within walking distance. I highly recommend this location for visitors to Nashville.

The unit is very nice and well furnished. Location is also great as you’re about 2 blocks from Broadway and directly over the end of Printers Alley. The walls are super thin and the unit the plumbing for the unit above is exposed so you’ll hear everything. Plus Printers Alley is loud starting at like 8 am till about 3 am. The building is very strict about noise complaints, one of which we received. Between printers alley and the bachelorette party above and adjacent to our unit, I find it hard to believe we’re the only ones causing any noise and that nearby residents aren’t accustomed to the noise already. A single complaint results in the loss of your deposit. Between the popularity of this unit, surrounding noise and proximity to Broadway, I have a hard time believing complaints are made that frequently and it’s still allowed to be rented out. Seems like an easy way to collect a deposit.

Everything was great - the space, the amenities, the location.
Four adults very comfortable with plenty of room to hang out. Well appointed - it's nice to not drag shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, etc. when traveling. Communication with property mgmt was excellent. Highly recommend and would come back!

Nice property. Arrived around 8 PM after a long day flying in from the West coast. Lyft driver brought us directly to loft and guess what we found upon arrival?? The top shelf of the fridge had a variety of cold beers!! 😁. Perfect! A sign on the shelf said “take a beer, leave a beer”. What a great idea. We were sure that the top shelf was properly stocked when we departed!! 👍

Concert Escape
We were blessed to have been guests of Johnny Loft for the second time over the last 2.5 years. Like our visit to Nashville, we dovetailed a concert with a long weekend. Our goals were identical: enjoy amazing music, celebrate time with friends and immerse ourselves in the heart of the Nashville scene. We crushed all three and this was largely due to the wonderful Music City Loft accommodations. The place is clean, spacious and perfectly located to walk to every sight on/near Broadway.

It was really the best location! Just a couple blocks off broadway! So close to the Ryman! We highly suggest a tour and concert there! It’s so close to everything but far enough away to sleep without all the noise! It was a beautiful loft.
Side note. Puckett’s and The Sun Diner for breakfast! We really enjoyed the taco place in the same building as the loft. The diner down by the Country music hall of fame fantastic food. Jacks BBQ on broadway was sooo good! Tootie’s and Whiskey Bent were our favorite places to get drinks and enjoy music! Trip of a lifetime and the music city lofts were perfect!

Clean and convenient!
We booked the Johnny loft for a girls weekend to Nashville. I was very pleased with how convenient the location was from Broadway and Bridgestone Arena. Our car never left the parking garage since we were able to quickly walk to all of our destinations. The check-in and check-out instructions were very detailed and provided all the information we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be returning to the Music City Lofts. The Johnny suit was perfect for our party of three. I’m so glad that we discovered this place which I highly recommend to anyone wanting a cool, clean, and convenient place to stay while in downtown Nashville.

Great location! Comfortable beds, stylish accommodations but the key to this place is being steps from everything you could want. You give up a little privacy, when rooming with others as the rooms do not have ceilings in a loft. Bathrooms are more private. But AGAIN the location is worth it!

Great location but that’s it
The location is perfect for the downtown area. Close to the bars and fun. However that’s all that was good about this place. The bathtubs didn’t drain. The tv didn’t work. When I called about the issues I was told they will try to get someone there to check it out but no one came.

Was in Nashville to attend a concert at the Ryman. This property was one block from the venue, there was a parking garage next door and there was PLENTY to do and PLENTY of places to eat. Couldn't have been more happy with how convenient the location was for our visit. The property was clean, safe and had great amenities.
