First time to Belize and Ambergris Caye. We had a fabulous time with our 2 adult sons. Although windy, we enjoyed diving and Secret Beach. The food was fantastic at the restaurants we visited. Shout out to Kimberly and Chad who helped us with our questions and assisted with planning. We highly recommend Bermud Beach Condo.

We had a wonderful time at the Landings at Tres Cocos. Beautiful property, very nice people. Chad and Kimberly were fantastic, easy to get ahold of and can also help you book transportation and excursions or help you with any needs/questions. People around the property were very friendly. There was a store immediately next door for groceries as well as beach bars and grills within walking distance. It is a very short golf cart ride to town which Chad and Kimberly can also help you with booking a golf cart rental (definitely a must have if going to San Pedro). This property is very close to downtown San Pedro, just past the bridge making it easy to go into town for shops, sight seeing, or restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying at this property and we will definitely be coming back.

I highly recommend staying at the Landings condos managed by Kim and Chad. The great location just north of the bridge is way quieter than in town, but close enough to be convenient with some great dining options in walking distance. The Bermuda Beach condo was the perfect home away for our family of four with all the amenities we needed and beautiful morning sunrises from our balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Kim and Chad helped to make our first time stay on the island memorable. They hooked us up with all their recommended transportation options to and around the island in addition to taking us with our luggage to and from the airport. They also arranged for all our excursions with top notch professionals for our scuba diving and deep-sea fishing. We will definitely be back.

My daughter and I visited Belize for the first time. The stay was amazing! Condo was really large, well equipped and in a great location. Beach area is nice and pools are great. Kimberly and Chad are fantastic- they helped with everything: ride from the airport, great excursions, beer…you name it. I highly recommend this place. I will be back.

First trip to Ambergris Caye. Island is now my favorite new island. I will come back to this property with no doubt. Condo was beautiful with beautiful views, excellent location and seriously the best host and hostess ever! They met us at airport. Took our luggage back to our room and took us to pick up our pre arranged golf cart. They scheduled our dives and excursions with everything billed to our room for one payment. Recommend a day boat trip to holchan, shark and ray alley, see the sea horses, and feed the torpor (spelling) fish. Memories to remember forever! Secret beach was fun for all of us ages 50-78 as well as the younger generations at the beach. Golf carts are like riding Autotopia at Disneyland without the rails. So fun!!!! We drove golf cart all week for $8.00 gasoline! Ocean temps were amazing you don’t need a wetsuit. Food at coco locos bar was our fav. Kabobs were great. I had them three times lol. Also ate at Crocs and Caprice. Warning. Cheese, and all dairy products are outrageously priced. Found it as economical to eat out dinners as eating in. Home made tortillas are amazing in town. We heated them and added cheese (bag of cheese was 17.50 American dollars). 12 pack of Diet Coke was 20.00 American dollars. Those caught us by surprise. Take what food you can ie: coffee, cheese, snacks. The only slight down falls were Mosquitos, sand fleas and the pillows were hard. We will be back in 13 months. If possible we Would have cancelled our March trip to Cozumel and come back here instead. Looking forward to returning January 2023!

The property was perfectly located - just over the bridge from downtown so close enough to go out for dinner easily but come back to a quiet location. The condo was spacious and not cramped. The grounds were beautifully maintained - pristine pool area, outdoor BBQ area that was well kept and lit at night. Property managers Kim and Brad couldn't have done more to ensure a perfect stay! From booking our flights, picking us up at the airport, arranging golf cart rentals and replacing a coffemaker immediately, we were well taken care of! I'd go back in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay at The Landings at Tres Cocos - the condo was nice and comfortable, very clean. We liked, too, having a bit of a resort feel with pools onsite and our own beach space, but also being very close to the central part of San Pedro. Kimberly and Chad were both responsive and helpful.

My family booked a fairly last minute trip to San Pedro for the break between Christmas and New Year. Kimberly and Chad were awesome and helped us navigate getting from the mainland to the island, arranged our golf cart rental and some snorkeling trips with Lil’ Alfonso which was awesome. The property was very private but also close to town and our favorite eating spots (Truck Stop, Sandy Toes and The Dive Bar/303 Belize). I highly recommend a stay at The Landings - we will be back!A hint: ask Chad to stock up your beer fridge - much better prices and how convenient! Another hint: check the experation dates when shopping at the local markets- I didn’t realizebutter could actually go bad :) ...

Everything was wonderful we just thought that water should be included and we should have maid service once a week. A suggestion would be to have condiments and coffee supplies. Overall we enjoyed our stay tremendously
