Kein Problem! Wir haben eine Elektroheizung bekommen ☺️ Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland (Sachsen) Annett und Maik 👍🏻

the value for money was great. You are located in the middle of Ushguli in a recently built cabin. That's a perfect spot to know the village and feel like a local walking through the streets. It will be difficult to find the place by yourself, however the host contacted us the previous day to offer us a ride from Mestia to Ushguli. The price was more competitive than other taxi drivers and vans in Mestia. So highly recommended. The host also offered other services including horse rides, dinner or breakfast.
We had dinner with the family. One of my friends is celiac and cannot eat bread and many of the dishes offered included bread. However the host quickly helped us to solve the situation. Besides that, you need to understand you are in the middle of the mountains and you cannot have the same services as in Tbilisi. The dinner was great btw.

Cabins are located a bit uphill which makes great views of the village and the mountains.
It would be nice to have a kettle in the cabin. You don't want to walk 10 minutes just to have a coffee or a tea.
I also do NOT recommend driving to the cabins by car. Doesn't matter if you have a 4wd or not, the road is just way too narrow and isn't worth damaging your car for. Just park on top of the village and walk the rest, trust me.
Would be nice if the host would put any sort of sign that these are the Ushguli cabins. No signs, nothing. It's easy to spot but a sign wouldn't hurt anyway in my opinion.
The hospitality of the host was non existent. When we arrived I let the host know on WhatsApp and after not receiving replies I called. I got told to enter the specific cabin we were assigned - all great but what about the keys? What about explaining anything in regards to our stay like how to order dinner (if available? Not sure...but based on comments it looked like it)bor breakfast? As communication with the host was bad we had dinner in town and asked about breakfast as nothing was explained. We received a message hours later until that time we already made plans to have breakfast elsewhere.
The only time the host came to see us was to collect the money. No hello, no "how was your stay" just a "can you pay now?"
If you treat tourists like money makers and don't care at all about their stay you shouldn't be running this place.

Very good location with nice views. Friendly family who speaks English well. It's a cozy accommodation and great to have a private bathroom
Advice/warning for people with own vehicle: to get to the exact location of the cabin you need to drive through the small town. The roads are so narrow and full of rocks that I found it nerve-wracking to get there. Although I'm an experienced driver I would avoid driving there a next time and rather park the car next to the main road and walk a bit.

Beautiful cabins to stay in after a long hike to Ushguli. great views and very comfortable.
It’s a bit hard to find the entrance initially. Make sure you enter from the front through the gate rather than coming from the back (google directs you to come from the back so ignore that!)

everything was great

One of my best stay among the four days of my trekking to Ushguli. Big room with everything I need. Comfy bed, slippers, kettle and a small fridge. Magnificent view of Ushguli surrounded by the mountains. Most importantly, it’s private and quiet.
The only downside is water pressure, highly unstable.

Cabin was very cute and you can’t beat the view for anything. Stunning is all I can say! Staff was very kind and helpful.
I recommend hiring someone to take you there. The roads are hard on a car.

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabins, the view was simply extraordinary from there. Owners were absolutely welcoming, prepared the perfect breakfast and arranged one of our favourite day in Georgia: horse riding to Skhara Glacier.
Unfortunately wifi sign was weak, but mobile internet was working. Altought the cabins are in visible position, it is hard to find the way by car. We advise to contact the owner when you arrive, or leave the car and firstly walk there.

The cabin is super cozy and the view is amazing. Literally the perfect cabin place for your travel.
Clean, kettle and coffee, great infrastructure.
Anna was a lovely host…
But then…
freezing cold inside the cabin, low-level electricity due to temperature result in heating system mal functioning (it's electric). bad attitude from the host after being questionade. don't recommend to go on cold days

The cabins were great in a very quiet area yet "walking" distance from the "center" and the views from it were amazing (especially when looking at the stars at night). The host offered and organised a great horse walk in the area that turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay.
Not sure if it is an Ushguli issue or what, but electricity was an issue. The light in the bathroom was flashing as if we were in a night club and the kettle took 15 minutes to boil 0.5l of water. It seems that power was not reaching the town as it should have, but worth mentioning. That also meant that at night the electric heater did not heat much.
Also, during the first day, we did not have water... apparently, they forgot to open the water pipe for us.
Finding the keys could've been easier if we had been told to go to the actual guesthouse (called Guesthouse Ailama), as there was nobody to meet us at the cabins. We had to be guided by some police officers who called the host (no idea how they had her number) so that she could welcome us.
Also, there is no actual "path" to get in the cabin so you better not be afraid of mud if wet weather!
Still, I would stay in the cabin again!!!

The cabins are cozy and have stunning mountains view.
It’s hard to find the way to cabins but the owner is really helpful.

We absolutely loved our night spent here. It is one of the best places to stay in Ushguli, separated from the village and offers splendid views. The host was great, the location is perfect with jaw-dropping views everywhere. Everything is provided, a kettle to have a cup of coffee/tea, a water filter, a small table with two charges, robes, slippers, etc.
The internet was not great though. At least in our cabin, it had a very low coverage unless we went on a porch.

Definitely location of these cabins is great, you are completely surrounded by breathtaking views, pretty comfortable beds. Good traditional breakfast. Helped with the luggage. Own kettle with cups in cabin
First of all, is an attitude, that's hard to explain but there wasn't feeling that you're welcomed guests. We were in 6 different places along our trip and I know what I'm talking about. When we met, we got the keys and were pointed out on the cabin and that's it, no further instructions or guidance. We found out about wi-fi from our neighbors because wi-fi credentials in our cabin were outdated.
As I see there are plenty of feedbacks about how difficult to find this place. And indeed, we spent 1 hour finding the way to those cabins. We aren't used to jumping over the fence or go across big dogs even if they are friendly but this turned out later. They appeal that you can contact them but none of us has coverage in that place (beeline mobile operator and roaming). Advise to use google maps is also useless. No helpful signs, or preliminary instructions on how to get to this place. But surprises there is no reaction to that after so many mentions. You can send detailed instructions in advance. As I understand everything works here by request. We had a cabin for 4 persons, but only two towels, btw there was also feedback about this before and you didn't fix it as promised. No one warned that might be power outages, almost the full night electricity was off. In the morning we took shower under a blinking light. We couldn't lock our door from inside, not comfortable to sleep in a new place unlocked.
My wife asked about some emergency contact and got an answer to write to booking chat (right without internet :)).
You kindly asked to keep scores high in the checkout message but it's like cheating. I respect honesty and I don't see that you react properly to feedback. You have great potential and a lot of stuff to do more. Keep going.

Great little wooden house in the middle of the village which gives good view. Just that you have to walk a little bit for that.
Neat and tidy in terms of a small cabin.

If you go with luggage, must go by foot about 500 meters, after call hotel to meet you. Nor all operators have network.
They call me at the middle of the night to ask what time I check out.
Woke me up in morning again.
Check out 11-16. I ask booking com to change it as it is not.
From morning to evening is no electricity daily. So no hot water.
I don't know any WiFi there.
Unfriendly and care nothing.

Beautiful, quiet location and comfortable cabin with extraordinary views. Tea and coffee with kettle. Helpful and friendly staff, able to organise transport back to Mestia.
The cabin is a a couple of hundred meters from the hotel providing services, and meals if required. It is also someway to other restaurants, cafes or bars. The front door lock did not work.

Location, location and location.
Friendly owners
Very generous they even gave us a bottle of wine as a gift. And let us ride a horse for free, of course for a short period of time
View from the cabin is something very unique and i believe places like this you can count them on fingers

Stay in this cabin in Usghuli was our best accomodation of our trip in Georgia. It is really perfectly allocated with nice view to all the village, glacier and the valley. Cabin was new and clean, really well equiped (there was also bathrobe), and small patio for morning and evening chill was amazing. We also took offer of breakfast and dinner at host's house and it was really delicious.
We had problems to get to the huts as they are in the middle of the lawn and no signs from the main road, neither from the village. But we contacted with host and we got the right way.
