Room & bathroom very clean and cozy. Insruction clear; easy to collect keys. Very good comunication.

Kitchenware a bit poor. Nothing to use for the owen. I expected at least a bit of more basic ingredience like salt, sugar, coffee maybe.

Ubytování bylo bez snídaně. Mělo kuchyňku, varnou konvici,vařič, lednicí,mikrovlnku. Poblíž zvoniciho kostela. V dostupnosti od centra.Tekla hned teplá voda a bylo teplo.

Chybělo zatmění pokoje, byla to holá okna. Lampička na stolku.

Close to the train station and city center, clean new bathroom.

Finding the room was more challenging than I expected, also the room smelled of cigarettes .

Pěkný pokoj, dobré umístění blízko centra města, skvělé vybavení pokoje, výborná cena.

Příliš mnoho komunikace ohledně check-in (přišlo asi 7 zpráv a notifikací - otravné), zaprášený nábytek, nedostatečné závěsy (nezastíní celé okno, do pokoje jde hodně světla). V nabídce je uveden Netflix, ale je to pouze nepřihlášená aplikace v televizi.

- nový, čistý, útulný a príjemný apartmán - chladnička, kuchynka, čistá kúpeľna, pohodlná posteľ, gauč so stolíkom - super osvetlenie apartmánu, spríjemní to napr. večerné pozeranie filmu - na skok od centra Brna a stanice - kostol hneď vedľa (hodiny na veži odbíjajú každú štvrťhodinu - niekomu to možno vadí, mne sa to páči) - jednoduchý check-in a check-out

- lokalita nevyzerá najprívetivejšie, ale nie je to nič hrozné - zišla by sa doska na krájanie pečiva a zeleniny v kuchyni

Ár-érték arányban teljesen jó. Parkolási lehetőség is szuper. A szoba tiszta volt és rendezett.

Bed is little bit harder then i would preffer, but it is just my preferation (still exceptionally good) Also there is little bit too much light from the streat, maybe in future it would be great to invest in blinds/courtins…

Prompt answer of staff and clear instructions via SMS, location exactly according pictures, very clean and good equipped, all technology fully functional

they should not allow smokers in the appartments or classify...smell was not good...SMS instruction was clear and good but primary document showed different address and it was misleading...location of appartment should be stated on all documents at once...concrete: Skorepka 15 says the booking, NaDvore says the PDF and the SMS says VLKHA 36...confusing

Spent 30 mins trying to get the key as they gave us incorrect code for the key box. And don’t count they will pick up the phone when you try to call them for the correct one in a pouring rain in 2 degrees outside - nope, they will just decline the calls and then tell you they don’t pick it up in the evening. You would think they would at least apologise - nope, don’t expect even that. WiFi did not work, after we informed the host about it she gave us a passcode to the router from another room, so it was barely reaching us, disappearing all the time, in the morning the host texted that in all the other rooms there it was working so why would it not in ours. And u guessed correctly - no apologies for this either. Informed the host about the cleaning problem in the bathroom - she denied it. Even though she could come and look at it, she chose to deny the reality and do nothing about it. And again a correct guess - no apologies again.

Nem először voltunk ott - nem is utoljára. Az előző apartmant 10 pontra értékeltem, ez sem érdemel kevesebbet.

Egy kicsit rontott az összképen, hogy az ablakok egy lapostetőre néztek.

Excellent location not far from city center. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Instructions for the keys and the parking were very clear and easy to do. On point communication from the host.

Nothing, all was good

La camera era pulita, cuscini e piumoni molto morbo i e letto comodo, cucina bella attrezzata.

La posizione lascia un po a desiderare, ma tutto sommato non è male.

There was everything: towels, hangers, kettle, tea, fridge, tv, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, dishes

One of the towel was super old so it had some stains that wasn’t washed out. I bet they washed it, but it was no a pleasure to see it, so of course we did not use it. The way to the place from the train station did not look nice…

The apartment is quite near the city centre. It would be useful to indicate how to get from the train station and to the city by public transport - for people who have children or mobility issues. The Vlhka tram stop is very close and the trams are convenient. E g. the number 8 tram, among others. Google maps does not always provide this information.

We arrived around 23h and the área seemed creepy. Parking was also a bit confusing. I guess in the day, things would have been easier...

Was very hot and noisy.

Good location, a nice quality place for a great price. A very helpful and cooperative host - even when I accidentally locked myself out

Location, comfortable beds, cleanliness.

Noise outside the window, no air conditioning, it was very hot.

WIFI password wasn't correct, we was need it for work🙂

It is very close to the city centre

Clean apartment in a good location. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure in the shower. Parking included.

Apartment was small for the price paid.

There are only 2 things which are really important when staying at the hotel or any acommodation: bed must be comfy and the room (especially bathroom) must be clean. This room was just superb. It was super clean, it smelled nice. The bed was very comfortable. The room was simple, but spaceous with fully equipped kitchen. Getting the keys from the locker via code received by SMS was super easy. Location is very close to the main train station.

Nothing. However, someone might find the room too plain, which I was fine with as it was clean and all was working and relatively new. Also you can hear the noise from trams. Not a big deal though, but someone not from the city or with light sleep might find it disturbing
