Our vacation was fantastic! The house was beautiful, comfortable, updated and clean. So many extras in the kitchen and supplies to go to the beach, they had it all. The pool was clean and overlooked our million-dollar view of the Gulf!! We saw small sharks in the water as well as plenty of fish and a turtle swimming around. There were iguanas on the property that wanted to share the pool for a drink. We did have to shoo them away and a few times in the morning, we needed to clean up their "calling card" at the edge of the pool. Ceiling fans would have been nice on the back porch, but we found portable fans to move some air around in the hot July weather. This house, pool and having the Gulf as our backyard made our week in Marathon a memory maker for all three of us!

Our family of 6 enjoyed this home very much. Plenty of space, very comfortable beds, and a well stocked home! The outside pool/spa were great, plenty of lounging chairs, space to eat outside. The kayaks were so fun for us to be able to use. The house had supplies for us to go to the beach (chairs, umbrella, even a cooler!). We loved everything about our stay and appreciate the easy communication with the property manager. We would definitely look into this house again in the future!

We were very happy with our decision to stay here at Gulf Breezes, particular during the busy spring break, week before Easter timeframe. Being directly on the open water and not on a canal was simply, amazing. The view was incredible and highly visible through the main kitchen, dining and living areas so it truly felt you were always on the water. We spent 90% of our time on the back patio and pool area because it was gorgeous, offered sun or shade with a lovely breeze, and was so comfortable. It also felt private and set away from the business despite only being 3 blocks from the Overseas Highway. Plenty of room for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers between 3 bedrooms and 2 baths!
The house was exceptionally well equipped for a rental with every kitchen appliance and tool (even a waffle maker & blender!) to pool & beach toys, towels, kayaks, beach chairs, & umbrellas being provided for guest use. Even fishing poles & bait in the garage freezer! We had plenty of spices and cooking basics too to fill in the gaps as who needs to buy enter bottles of vegetable oil for one week? We didn’t have to. Laundry detergent was also available. It felt like nearly everything was thought of in advance.
Note that the home has only 2 bathrooms - the listing shows as 2.5 but the half is only the outdoor rinse off shower on the side of the house.
We would absolutely 100% rent this house again - do it! You won’t regret the cost or choice, especially for a family visiting the Florida Keys.

The views from this property was outstanding. The house layout works well for 2 couples as the bedrooms are separated by the living area. The house was clean and well stocked. The area was quiet and private. The only area for improvement would be the outside of the property. Since the property is located on the bay there is trash in the water and the kayak launch area. I would suggest property management could have it picked up prior to guest arrival. While we were there we did daily pickup with the kayak only a few pieces each day. This would not be a game changer for a return visit in the future.

From beginning to end our vacation experience was wonderful. The rental location was incredible, and pictures of the home and property are accurate. Beautiful view from early morning thru sunset. The pool and hot tub made it our own private resort. The home was clean and kitchen was well equipped for cooking (walkable to Frank's Grill if you don't want to cook - delicious and friendly service). Quiet location especially at night (there is an airport close by so planes, jets and helicopters are active during the day). Keys Ocean Vacation Rentals was great in communicating and answering any concerns or questions. So much to see and do in Marathon! Loved our private oasis and would stay here again.

The house was gorgeous, perfect set up for two couples. The pool and hot tub were perfect for lounging and taking in the incredible view of the gulf. Every afternoon when the tide changes, the manatees would start coming in and you would see 3-5 of them out swimming. Weeds did wash up, but that’s ocean life and it didn’t downgrade our experience.

While the online photos of Gulf Breezes are lovely, they simply do not capture the extraordinary location of this property. Nearly all of the rooms in the house boast expansive Gulf views; you enjoy complete privacy with no neighbors in sight; the kayak launch and on-site kayaks are easy to access for a lovely early evening outing or morning fishing trip; wildlife abounds in the bay and on the deck, etc. In addition, the house decor is lovely and the managers ensure that you arrive at a spotless home and have everything you need in the kitchen to enjoy many meals and good times while basking on the deck. The salt water pool is a daily must as well. This home is not to be missed; and it is conveniently located to every thing the Keys have to offer. As a final note, the property managers, Mallory Pinto and her staff, are incredible. For instance, we could not get the hot tub warmed up and she came over right away to re-boot it. That is just one small example of how attentive the local caretakers are. This was our first visit to the Keys. We plan to make it an annual trek, hopefully staying at Gulf Breezes.

We had a great experience in this rental. The house was very clean and well stocked when we arrived. Large containers of hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided. The pool is the highlight of this property. The view can't be beat. The pool has a large ledge, so it's perfect for small children to splash.Make sure to read the material provided by management, esp. the quirks of the house. We overlooked that the guest bath is plumbed backwards, so we thought it wasn't getting hot water. We contacted the property manager to let them know of a few minor issues, and they were very responsive.I would rent this house again without hesitation.

This was my first visit to the Keys and this rental did not disappoint! It was truly a slice of paradise! It was very private with an amazing view. The property has many amenities to offer. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, and wildlife-watching right from the home. It is within driving distance of many things to do in Marathon and a fun day trip to Key West. The house was clean and comfortable and equipped with everything needed. We had so much fun! We really enjoyed our time in this home. Comfortable, relaxing and cool. The home is very well appointed. Nice large kitchen with all the cooking implements anyone could need/use. TVs/Ceiling fans in every bedroom. Provided kayaks, bikes, beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas & towels). The gulf view is pristine and relaxing and quiet. The house and lot are very private. Beautiful and clean pool and hot tub. Outdoor furniture is brand new and well thought out and comfortable. The sea grass smell was not an issue for us, we smelled it a few times, but it eventually dissipated and went away, it was not a hinderance or problem for 's nature. There was quite a buildup of dried sea grass in the boat ramp that we maneuvered around to kayak, that could be addressed. Overall, a very nice property and house that we feel fortunate to have found and were able to rent. We want to recognize and thank Mallory and her team at Keys Ocean Vacation Rentals for their quick responses, actions and excellent customer service.

Absolutely the best vacation my family and I have ever had! Relaxing, beautiful views, and extremely comfortable. The place is so amazing that we often just stayed there instead of doing excursions or going out to eat. We bought fresh seafood a few times and grilled it there. We enjoyed swimming, fishing, kayaking, and we even saw dolphins and a nurse shark. So much fun!

First time to the keys and it won't be the last, we did everything from fishing to snorkeling, went to sombrero beach and key west, kayaking right from the house and of course the local cuisine. Excellent location with a fabulous view. Great management team with a special shout out to Mallory! Property was spotless well appointed and very comfortable. Basically has everything one needs plus many items not usually provided. Does however need a few minor touches here and there. Towel rack in guest bath was missing. Towel rack in master bath needs attention as well. Travertine tiles around pool are un-level and do present a tripping hazard. Nonetheless this is a fabulous home and we have plans on returning at some point.

The property is quiet and in a convenient location. The views are beautiful and there are many sliding doors, which allow you to take advantage of the gorgeous views from inside. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and kept very clean. Unfortunately, during our stay, there was a significant amount of seaweed coming in , which made for a very unpleasant odor outside.

Property was just as described, beautiful and clean house. View is breathtaking. Rental company is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out daily. Pool and hot tub was great. Location was great. Only thing we didn't like was the sea grass that had piled up against sea wall. Sea grass was really bad when we stayed. Odor from it was bad depending how wind was blowing but it was mentioned in property description. We had a great week!

The property is outstanding and perfect for a family. The interior is completely updated in pleasant beach pastels and is very clean. The views of the Gulf of Mexico are gorgeous and the pool adds a nice touch. The rooms are updated and well appointed. One minorNegative- occasionally with certain conditions there can be an odor coming off the sea grass adjacent to the property’s sea wall. I understand this is common in the Gulf of Mexico. I would rent again!
