L' appartamento è arredato con stile e amore per le cose antiche, composto da una camera matrimoniale con bagno completo di doccia; salotto con tavolo per quattro persone e con divano letto, matrimoniale o con due posti singoli. Dal salotto si accede ad una deliziosa corte, circondata da piante, con tavolo per sei e tavolino per due, dove ci si può rilassare leggendo o pranzare o prendere in assoluta tranquillità un aperitivo.
La cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di tutti gli utensili necessari per cucinare.

Though our time in Venice was too short, we really enjoyed our visit. We are grateful to our gracious host, Elisabetta, for her beautiful accommodations which were perfectly suited for my family and were centrally located to all the attractions which were so easily accessible by walking or by taking the nearby waterbus. Elisabetta was always available and communicated greatly with us throughout our booking as well as during our stay and provided us with fantastic restaurant recommendations.

We loved our stay here! Elizabetta was very helpful, she was in contact with us days before our arrival! The apartment location is excellent and really close to the water taxi station. If we ever go back to Venice, we'll be staying here again.

The apartment was great, big enough for my family of four. Elisabetta went out of her way to help my family during a train strike. We weren’t quite sure what to do and she called for us to get the train status and assist with next steps. Thank you Elisabetta!

The property is as advertised and very clean. The garden is a joy after sightseeing and a great place to enjoy a glass of wine. The host is a marvel. She provided information on where to eat and get groceries and in our case arranged a water taxi to take us to the airport. She usually responds within minutes of making a request.

My husband and I had a great stay at this Venice apartment. We enjoyed the location since close to tons of restaurants and major tourist sites. The property manager Elisabetta was great! She helped with restaurant information and went out of her way to help us with my many inquiries. The outdoor space was super charming but bring bug spray for the mosquitoes.

This apartment was such a great stay for our trip to Venice. It has a great location away from the crowds and is so convenient to get to everything. We had delicious cappuccinos every morning from a nice little spot around the corner, less than a 30 second walk. Apartment was clean and kept well with all amenities we needed.
The host, Elisabetta, was amazing. She allowed us to check in late after our train was delayed, and offered us plenty of recommendations and advice. She was truly great. A MUST STAY!

Located in an old building in San Marco very near a vaporetto stop, the apartment is small but clean and comfortable and well-maintained. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and include all the necessary equipment. The courtyard is a nice spot for morning coffee while planning the day. There’s even a bug-zapper wand for the ever-present mosquitos. (Why are window screens so uncommon in Venice??) Great proximity to St Mark’s square, as well as the Accademia area. Easy access to shops and restaurants and gelaterias.
Communication was great from start to finish, questions were answered promptly by text or through the website. The host met us at the vaporetto and walked us to the apartment. We were able to check in early and avoid the need to store bags after arriving in the city.

Our stay at Elisabetta’s flat was wonderful. It is well appointed with a lovely patio that was calm and peaceful on a summer evening. Elisabetta is an extremely attentive host who met us at the vaporetto station, walked us to the flat and showed us what we needed to know.
But the best part was the location— close to both San Marco and Rialto but removed from the craziness of high tourist season. A lovely little neighborhood with cafe’s and restaurants. Would enthusiastically stay there again.

What a beautiful apartment decorated in historic Venetian style. We were so comfortable staying there and expezially loved the private courtyard. It was a short walk to San Marco square and the vaporetta stops. Super well equipped kitchen. We honestly could not have been more comfortable.
But as important of the quality of the rental is, it’s often the host that really makes the experience wonderful. Elisabetta went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and gave us very clear instructions on how to find the property as well as get back to the airport. She couldn’t have made it easier for us. Her communication is excellent. We hope to stay there again.

The apartment is very well described by the host, and by the pictures posted. It has a great location, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
There is only one A/C unit but it was quiet and it did a good job keeping the sweltering July heat outside.
The water pressure was excellent and the Internet speed was very adequate for sending vacation pictures to family and friends.
To no fault of the host or of the apartment itself, being on the ground floor in Venice can sometimes mean that mornings might be a bit noisy as people walk by. It was not a big deal, we were up early anyway.
The best feature of the unit was the private patio area, where we had our coffee every morning and started the day of exploring the beautiful city of Venice.
The host waited for us at the vaporetto, led the way to the apartment and gave us suggestions on food. She was also very responsive when we asked questions.
All in all, we had a great stay.

Our first time in Venice and this apartment was the perfect place to stay. The location was great for walking everywhere. The apartment was very nice and clean with plenty of room for us. Elisabetta, our host, was amazing! She was so kind and went out of her way to make sure our stay was fabulous. She arranged transportation to and from the train station, gave us wonderful recommendations and responded very quickly with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Venice!

Loved staying in this apartment. So convenient to everything we wanted to see. It was really comfortable and the patio is amazing when you need a break. Elisabetta was very helpful, even warned us about the daylight savings time change, which we would have completely missed without her help.

The apartment was very nice with ground floor location, beautiful outdoor terrace, great location. Elisabetta went above and beyond in helping us and our friends get from the boat dock to the apartment. Be sure to follow her advice and take the orange line for easier access to the apartment. We were convinced to take the blue line at the airport, which meant hauling luggage over bridges. I would definitely stay at this property on my next visit to Venice.

Truly a home away from home.
We fell in love with the apartment as soon as we walked in! It is so charming with A wood beamed ceiling that our host says is 400 years old. Elisabetta is the perfect host. She even took the time to email us about an impending transport strike that included our train to Venice as well as the water taxi system there. She arranged for a pickup and met and escorted us to the house. She also had business cards of restaurants and a map of the closest grocery store. We loved to come back each day after sightseeing to relax on the patio with a glass of wine. We would stay there again. Anyone will love it there!

The patio out back was awesome to have coffee or cocktails in the evening. Lots of shopping. The only negative is would be nice to have a bench or suitcase stand. There is no room in bedroom for the suitcases so we had to leave them in the hallway. There was a closet though to hang up clothes.

Great location, wonderful host
This apartment was perfect for our needs—centrally located, reasonably priced, well laid out. The two bathrooms were great; it kept the two of us from getting in each other’s way in the morning. The neighborhood is a short walk to San Marco and to the Accademia bridge, which takes you to the neighborhood where the Guggenheim Collection is located. There are lots of dining options, and Elisabetta gave us several good suggestions as well.
And Elisabetta was a perfect host. She communicated well in advance and kept in contact in advance of our arrival, and provided clear instructions on how to use the vaporetto to reach the apartment. And she was waiting at the vaporetto stop to take us to the apartment.
The only problem, which was minor, was that we couldn’t figure out how to work the washing machine. But given that we had three days at the apartment we were able to do a hand laundry and have things dry by the time we departed.
Great place in every respect.

Stay in Venice
All was as seen on VRBO. Elisabetta was very responsive to all questions and even arranged a water taxi to pick us up from the port and met us at the dock and walked us to apartment. She went through the map and showed us points of interest, mini market and where to get tickets for water bus. Only down side and not her fault, apartment upstairs was under construction.

Perfect location.
First time in Venice, hopefully not last. Venice lived up to all expectations and more.
The apartment was an excellent base. 5 minute stroll to nearby Campo Santo Stefano, with varied restaurants the 2 tried both very good. 5-10 minutes stroll the other way to St Marks Square.
Elisabetta met us from boat and accompanied us to apartment. Good information given and written info at apartment. Good WiFi. Elisabetta lovely and very helpful.
During 4 day stay managed to visit most areas including trips to outer islands Murano, Burano, and Torchello. Nowhere is too far to walk to (once you get used to a stepped little bridge every 100metres!) We also managed to be there for the Regatta Storica which was a great spectacle. Enjoyed the must do Gondola ride, good fun.
Glorious sunshine, certainly wish we were still there! Thank you Elisabetta. Hazel and Gary.

Great Location
Elizabeth’s and friend, Ilaria, could not have been more helpful. Communicated with ease on all maters. They arranged for our water taxis, meet us (with our bags) and walked us to our rental. Unit was very clean with lovely patio and well located.

Delightful Garden Apartment
This ground floor apartment is very well located and while the owner Elisabetta couldn’t welcome us, we were instead welcomed by Ilaria who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the points of interest for our stay in Venice.
