The staff they are keep working for improve; don’t believe all bad comments that you read it, Only problem we faced is internet but It wasn’t problem for me because i was happy to enjoy the nature and the beautiful place

The location was absolutely beautiful, and the room and beds were spacious and very comfortable. We got a room with stunning mountain views. The staff was very welcoming & attentive. They provided us with an electric kettle to keep in our room as we had a young child with us who needed warm milk at night time. The fridge in the room was a life saver for us.

The room was a little worn out. The clock wasn't working, the armchair was broken, and the room was very dark. One of the light fixtures was also not working. There is absolutely no Internet/WiFi in the rooms. There was also no tea station in the room.

Incredible views and not far from city

Upon arrival we were offered tea by receptionist lady which we thought was very kind welcoming gesture. But established later that we had to pay for it! I don't mind paying for it. But it didn't feel right, because we didn't ask. It was offered to us. Restaurants didn't have much to offer apart from margarita pizza. We had to wait till 8pm for dinner to be ready. I thought the whole point of calling it restaurant is because you can serve food whenever you order? Not fixed to timing. We wanted to have our dinner at 6, so we had to drive to city. TV remote wasnt available, when I asked receptionist, she provided a remote but it didn't work. So we didn't bother asking again. Room we stayed in was very dark. Lighting was very dim

The hotel called me before 1 hour of check-in and told me that our room is in bad conditions and they don't have another room for us, only suits are available and they can't offer it to us with the same reservation price, they asked me to wait until Tomorrow so they can cancel the reservation in booking without fees mentioning that we didn't come!!!

In over 10 years of booking properties in over 7 different countries, THIS is the best one we’ve ever stayed in!! Bathroom smells, looks and functions amazingly. The view on the balcony is stunning. The bed is massive, supportive and clean. The interior is superbly designed and spacious. Outside there’s multiple pools, a farm, beautiful walkways and nothing but nature surrounding you. Saving the best for last, were the hosts and the food!!! We couldn’t have been received and treated any better, all our needs with our baby and ourselves were catered to, the food (as a Moroccan myself) was first class and the chef himself treated us like we were his own ❤️ If you are visiting Chefchaouen then do not look any further!!!

Long as you have a car, and you don’t mind being 10 mins away from Chefchaouen, then distance is not a problem. Make sure you shower in daytime if you like hot showers, not sure why but the water isn’t as hot at night (maybe powered by solar?) As a general rule in Morocco, get yourself a local sim card with 4G as WiFi isn’t great anywhere you go.

Amazing view located at a mountain with viee of Chefchaun city. Helpful smily stuff from reception to restaurant

Far from chefchaun for about 14 km you should have car The google map bring us from far dusty wetty way between small houses in the mountain There is a shorter sandy way but not showing the rout . The restaurant and the bar at the same place so the smell is so bad . The restaurant bathroom so bad smell . No kettle no slipper at the room .
