El desayuno es bueno, todo lo que se necesita . Sobretodo fruta y la atención personalizada de sus dueños , muy simpáticos y siempre atentos a ayudarte.

Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. Hotel is immaculately clean. Location 4km from the bus terminal is offset by the lower price. Good value even factoring in taxis to town and back.
Hotel advertises it has a restaurant but in fact only offers breakfast. The owner was not helpful with regard to tours.

Super clean and ultra quiet hotel, had a great sleep. The house inside is really well built. The Korean couple that runs the hotel was accommodating to our needs. All tours and Uber rides we took arrived without a problem to the location.
It's 5 min away by Uber/taxi to the city, but that makes it super quiet which is great if you want to have a good sleep :)

The owners are wonderful ,warm and professional .They looked after me as family.
Big room.spotless clean and quite.
Breakfast is cooked to order and a breakfast bag was given on my tour days
The owner gave me plenty of tips and places to see and recommended restaurants and cafes.
I left my bag for storage without a fee and when the pre booked taxi did not show up for my tour day pick up,the owner gave me a lift free of charge so not to miss my tour .
I recommend this place 1000% I will come back if am visiting Patagonia

We liked this hotel very much. Hotel was new building for few years. The bedroom was warm, clean and quiet. The bedding was very comfortable, we had the best sleep in our whole trip in this hotel. The shower room was perfected with electric drying rack, it is very convenient for traveler. The hotel owner is a very nice person, and he is very familiar with computer and Torres del Paine NP. He helped us to order tickets and introduce the viewpoint or trail to us. It was very nice and helpful.
It was little difficult to find the hotel address. Suggestion: After gas station in Hwy 9, see the sign" Camino 1", then turn left get in to the road, a building with " Lopez" in the intersection. the hotel is located on this road.

Almost a brand-new hotel. The room was very clean. The staff was so kind. You can get much information from the staff about Puerto Natales, and also about Torres del Paine trekking.

The owner was flexible with our constantly changing check in times due to arrival flight changes. Our early check-in was accommodated seamlessly.
The property is very quiet and was lightly traveled during our stay. We dined in the restaurant and the authentic Korean meal was absolutely delicious (bebimbap was incredible!).
Continental breakfast was provided in the morning early. The breakfast was also very well appointed although we didn’t have time for prepared to order eggs, etc. due to our schedule. The owner had arranged our morning transportation to the bus station which arrived on time.
We had a delightful stay at Hotel Casa Verde. The owners were fantastic and were intent on making sure we were content throughout. They even came outside to see us off as we departed to the bus station.
We had no complaints. The property was very quiet which we expected during the shoulder season in Patagonian Chile.

Casa Verde is owned and run by Lee and his wife, a lovely Korean couple. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and clean, have plenty of storage and also have hot water kettles and mugs, which I appreciate as an early morning tea/coffee drinker. Breakfast is simple, but fulfilling and I was able to work remotely easily with the wifi. The Korean dinner options offered are really delicious, just be sure to organise yourself, as you must order dinner earlier in the day. You can also learn a bit about Korean culture if you wish during your stay. It is a beautiful place.
If you are staying here without a car, you will need to take taxis anywhere you want to go. I walked to town a couple of times (1 hour each way).

Mr and Mrs Lee were extremely kind and very professional during the whole stay. They were really great hosts.
The rooms were very nice, spacious, and with comfortable beds. The bathroom was very well equipped. Everything was very well maintained and clean.
The location is a bit removed from the center; you needa a car to get there.

Lee was a wonderful host, worried at all times of our needs. breakfast was superb, everything was very clean and tidy. the room well equipped, and very comfortable.
not much, everything was perfect. maybe the location was a bit far from the city center, but wasn't a problem at all, only took us 5 minutes by car.
